After their chart-topping comeback track "The Boys", Girls' Generation will be promoting their follow up track "Mr. Taxi" until the end of 2011.
On November 29th, SM Entertainment stated, "Girls' Generation will perform "Mr. Taxi" through KBS Music Bankon the December 2nd, and will be accelerating their promotions until the end of the year."
The agency added, "Their 3rd album title track, 'The Boys' has been on top for 5 consecutive weeks on Music Bank, achieving a new record. We are looking forward to the record on the follow up promotions for 'Mr. Taxi'. The girls will be showing various special performances on all the music programs."
Girl's Generation has first released the Japanese version of "Mr. Taxi" back on April from their first full-length Japanese album. The single has previously reached the top of the Oricon Chart which sold over 70,000 copies on its first day. The Korean version of "Mr. Taxi" was performed on Korean music programs during their comeback with "The Boys".
