Japanese Fans wishes SNSD's Tiffany a speedy recovery

Recently, SNSD's Tiffany had put a halt on her activities and "Hoot" promotions due to her knee injury. Japanese S♥NES posted an advertisement on a Japanese Newspaper on the 25th, wishing her a quick and complete recovery.

Hope Tiffany recovers quickly and completely and we hope to see SNSD on stage promoting "Hoot" with all 9 members again.

K-pop group Girls' Generation Taipei concert cancelled over Asian Games officiating tiff

A concert by K-pop group "Girls' Generation" has been cancelled after a Korean official was reportedly involved in the disqualification of a Taiwanese athlete at the Asian Games, sparking anti-South Korean sentiment on the island.

According to Taiwanese media reports, the nine-member girl group, which is currently exploding in popularity in Taiwan, was slated to perform at the 54th Asia Pacific Film Festival to be held here from Dec. 2 to 4. However, event organizers have cancelled their invitation to the group, disappointing fans who claim that the anti-South Korean ire does not represent the entire nation of Taiwan.

"The invitation isn't appropriate as it's a sensitive time," a film festival official reportedly said.

The spat began when Taiwan's star taekwondo fighter Yang Shu-chun was disqualified from the women's under-49 kilogram event at the Asian Games in Guangzhou, China on Nov. 17 for allegedly wearing extra scoring sensors in her socks.

Taiwanese media also reported that a top South Korean taekwondo official was involved in the decision to disqualify Yang.

SNSD’s YoonA and Jessica participate in magic show on Star King

Magician Choi Hyun Woo surprised SNSD members with his magic show.

On a recent recording of ‘Star King‘, Choi Hyun Woo showed off his magic tricks that were bordering on the supernatural.

SNSD’s YoonA was shocked when Choi successfully changed clear water to coffee. It wasn’t just the color, but the smell and taste also changed, which kept the audience in awe. In addition, Choi movedJessica’s autograph card in a bottle without opening it.

Additionally, Choi is also able to take ordinary forks and spoons and bend them at will.

This episode will air November 27th at 6:30 PM.

TVXQ!, Super Junior, SNSD and 130 Korean Artists will be sending their loved stuff for charity event at Korea Festival 2010 “Big Thanks in Thailand” 30 Nov- 5 Dec

Korean hallyu stars have gathered up to send their beloved stuff for charity auction. The Korean actors and actresses such as Kim Rae Won, Jo Hyun Jae, Lee Da Hae, Lee Jun Ki, Lee Min Ho, Gong Yoo, Ha Jung Woo, Kim Sun Ah and idol singers Super Junior,So Nyeo Shi Dae, Brown Eyed Girls, TVXQ! along with 130 Korean artists will give their private stuff for charity auction in Thailand for ‘KOREA FESTIVAL 2010′ in 30 Nov- 5 Dec at Esplanade Cineplex Ngamwongwan-Khearai to commemorate the 60th year of Thai soldiers who joined the Korean War 6.25.

The auction money will be given to those 3,00,000 people who suffered from the flood. The project is a collaborate between Thai-Korean embassy and KTCC (Korea Thailand Communication Center) with the support form Ministry of Tourism and Sports of Thailand to organize this event to promote the Korean fever in Thailand

Who says water can’t turn into cofee?

Magician Choi Hyunwoo’s magic show had SNSD members stunned.

On the recently recorded episode of SBS “Star King”, the girls participated in the magic show performed by Choi Hyunwoo. YoonA was shocked to see the clear water in the jug she held turned into pitch-black coffee. Besides the color change, YoonA was also surprised by the aroma emitted from the coffee.

Sunny on the other hand, was asked by Hyunwoo to sign on a card. Using his magic skills, Hyunwoo placed the signed card in a water bottle without opening it.

Soshi participate in donation to help Thailand flood victims

According to Korea-Thailand Communication Centre (KTCC) Korean stars donated their goods for a charity event, ‘Korea Festival 2010‘ which will be held in Bangkok, Thailand from November 30th to December 5th.

More than 130 Korean stars made their donations for the event. They are Lee Minho, Lee Joonki, Lee Jungjae, Lee Dahae, Ha Jungwoo, Kim SunA, Kim Raewon, Jo Hyunjae, Gong Yu, Kang Hodong, Lee Soogeun, Super Junior, SNSD, Brown Eyed Girls, TVXQ’s Yunho and Changmin and many others. “Winter Sonata” and “Autumn In My Heart”‘s Yoon Sukho PD as well as “Full House”‘s Pyo Minsoo PD also supported the event by making donations respectively.

The ‘Korea Festival 2010′ is organized by The Ministry of Culture Thailand and the aim is to provide help to 3 million victims who were affected by the recent flood in Thailand.

Girl Group SNSD member Sunny's sudden hair bob transformation are stirring curiosity from fans.

Sunny's dramatically short hairstyle appeared on the last 20th broadcast MBC “Music Core”.

Sunny on this day showed her long hair made into a wavy hairstyle transformation, emphasizing her as loving and cute

The transformation matched their single ‘Hoot’ activity, however Sunny's sudden hairstyle change is offering curiosity.

After the broadcast, netizens said “Sunny’s hairstyle fits her so well,” “Her long hairstyle was cute, but her bob hairstyle is cuter,” were such reactions. “Maybe Sunny has other activities planned?”, “Sunny looks different. Recently, ‘New Korean Wave Craze’ sparks an off-the-stage battle of star cards between SNSD and Kara. SNSDand TVXQ’s Star Collection Cards were launched in December 2009. The hot topic about the ‘showdown’ came up following the release of Kara’s own line of star cards, shortly afterSNSD’s Volume 2.5 cards were unveiled. Kara’s Volume 1 Star Collection Card has 105 cards in total, giving out a strong and stylish feel about them.

‘CF Queens’ SNSD to skip 2010 Korea Advertising Conference

SNSD will be absent from 2010 Korea Advertising Conference.

The girls will be awarded the Best Advertising Models Award by Korea’s Federation of Advertising Association. The conference will be held at Lotte Hotel in Songpa-gu, Seoul at 6.30pm KST on November 24th but the girls will not be attending as they are currently in Japan.

When contacted by Newsen, the organizer of the conference said in a teleconversation, “SNSD will not be attending. We are planning to convey a simple video message from them”.

Meanwhile, SG Wannabe and 4minute will be participating in this event.
