‘SM TOWN live in New York’ to be made into a movie

A movie documenting the performances and daily lives of SM Entertainment artists at New York’s ‘SM TOWN Live’ concert will be released next year.

The co-producer of this movie, CJ Entertainment, stated, “A movie will be made telling the real story, behind the scenes and off stage, from the ‘SM Town Live World Tour in New York’, which saw stages from Kangta, BoA, TVXQ, Super Junior, SNSD, SHINee, and f(x).”

The movie will be a joint project between CJ Entertainment and SM Entertainment, and will contain footage of rehearsals, heartfelt confessions, the transformation from trainees to stars, and interviews about the artists’ future dreams.

The movie will be released in the first half of 2012 under the title ‘I am: SM Town Live World Tour in Madison Square Garden’.

续早前 少女时代 带着正规3辑“The Boys”回归舞台以后，目前成员 允儿，美英，泰妍 以及 侑利 出席了即将放送的SBS“强心脏”。根据报道，在节目当中 少女们 将会谈及在美国纽约的舞台趣事，说明一些谣言等等的事情。


在这集当中也包裹了 少女时代 成员 允儿 公开了那些举动会让她心跳加速的事情。她也说道“能够让我心跳加速的男生会是我理想对象。”


她也说道“类型的这些举动会让我心跳加速，就是当有一个男生轻饶我的头发，就像对待孩子那样然后说道，我很可爱。”

Girls' Generation Runs New York : The First U.S. Fan Meeting!

Soshified’s video of Girls’ Generation’s first U.S. fan meeting has been released.

On October 24th, Soshified and Girls’ Generation came together for a historic event, as Girls’ Generation held their first official fan meeting in the United States.

Over 1,000 fans from all over North America and the world started lining up at 9:00am outside the Best Buy Theater in Times Square, New York, hours in advance of the 4:30pm event. The line wrapped completely around the block as fans packed Times Square with a sea of pink, letting everyone know that Girls’ Generation was in town. Girls’ Generation has hundreds of thousands of fans all over the world, so meeting the girls in person was a once in a lifetime opportunity for many international fans, who had up until now only been able to see Girls’ Generation from afar through performance videos and TV shows.

The Best Buy Theater was filled with fans chanting to Girls’ Generation’s music videos being played as the event started. When the girls came out, they were able to show off their skills with a live performance of “The Boys” in English. Even though the song had just been released, everyone in the crowd was singing along, cheering the girls on.

It was an intimate environment where Girls’ Generation was able to see first hand the dedication of their international fans, with Taeyeon even crying at one point as she listened to stories of fans staying up late at night to watch Girls’ Generation performances online. It was also a chance for international fans, who rarely get to see Girls’ Generation in person, to see some of the qualities that make them so loved by people all over the world. The girls displayed some of their trademark skills, like Sunny and her cuteness, Sooyoung’s hilarious impressions, and Tiffany’s killer eye smiles.

In a moment that strengthened the bond between artist and fan, Girls’ Generation and SONEs sang together as one to the chorus of the girls’ debut song, “Into The New World”.

Casual Hyoyeon Entertains on "Invincible Youth 2"!

After causing KPop fever all over the world, Girls’ Generation’s Hyoyeon joined KBS2 “Invincible Youth 2″ as a G8 member, where she showed her fearless side.

On the first day of recording for “Invicible Youth 2″ G8 members went around the fishing village of Daebu-do greeting the townspeople. During their rounds, one elder suggested that the girls try nakji/small octopus that he just caught from a mud flat.

While everyone was careful about it, Hyoyeon grabbed the octopus in one hand and ate one of the legs on the spot. She continued to surprise everyone by acting naturally, as if she had been living in a fishing village before.

It was said that because of Hyoyeon’s easy-going manner, the other members attempted eating octopus, too…

The fearless girl who showed that she’s completely adjusted from day one, Hyoyeon and her easy-going side can be seen on KBS2 “Invicible Youth 2″ on November 12th, at 11:05pm KST.

Biography film of SM Entertainment artists to be release

SNSD, TVXQ and other SM Entertainment artists' stories will be shown in big screen soon.

The film titled "I Am: SM TOWN LIVE WORLD TOUR in Madison Square Garden" (produced by CJ and SM Entertainment) will feature SM artists like BoA, SNSD, TVXQ, f(x),SHINee and Super Junior about their daily life for a biography film.

The production company of "I Am" gives a hint, "SM Entertainment's artists' life will be revealed from the beginning of their training and the process how they came up to who they are today. Also their future plans and careers through interviews." Footages from SM TOWN LIVE WORLD TOUR in New York. which was the 1st Asian concert held in Madison Quare Garden will be also included plus the behind the scenes clips.

"I Am" will be released in the mid 2012.

Tiffany of Girls' Generation Reinventing Herself for Musical FAME

Tiffany from girl group Girls' Generation showcased her transition from K-pop poster girl to musical actress on Monday at a media preview for the musical "Fame" held at Dongsoong Art Center in Jongno, Seoul.

In the award-winning musical about a group of aspiring dancers, which will run at a theater in Seoul from Nov. 25 until Jan. 29, Tiffany plays the role of a young woman who hopes to rise to stardom by working tirelessly on her craft at a performing arts school.

Super Junior's Eun-hyuk and ex-g.o.d member Son Ho-young are also part of the star-studded cast.

Tiffany said her real-life rehearsal regime mirrored the strenuous efforts of the character she is portraying. "I had to rehearse non-stop for 12 hours with the other actors, which is something I rarely if ever had to do when going through our routines and songs as a member of Girl's Generation," she said.

"My primary goal on the stage is to interact with the audience. I will do my best to get ready for this role despite my busy schedule as I'm lucky to be cast in a musical that is so close to my heart," she added.

Tae-yeon and Jessica, two other Girls' Generation members who made their debuts in other musicals earlier, advised her about the importance of staying focused and disciplined at rehearsals to succeed at the challenging art form, she said.

'Cute' is the magic word for YoonA

On SBS ‘Strong Heart’ to be aired on November 8th, YoonA talks about mens’ behavior that makes her thrilled with excitement.

During the broadcast, on the topic “The man who makes me thrilled with excitement is my ideal type”, YoonA also revealed her ideal man. YoonA said, “There is a particular behavior about men that makes my heart beats faster. Just as to a young child, while I’m feeling confused with something and at that moment, a guy says ‘Cute!’, my heart will be filled with joy and excitement”.

YoonA along with other Girls’ Generation members; Taeyeon, Yuri and Tiffany who were also on the show shared their experience of being on the same stage with Lady Gaga during an award ceremony recently, talked about panic moments during their flights, clarified various rumors about themselves, etc.

In addition to these, actor Song ChaeHwan said, “In order to meet Girls’ Generation’s YoonA, I decided to come on ‘Strong Heart’”. He added, “There is a person whom I’d like YoonA to meet. Our 8 years old daughter nicknamed ‘Little YoonA’, actually wants to meet Girls’ Generation’s YoonA”.
