Girls Generation performs "Hoot" and wins mutizen on Inkigayo!

Performing today is Girls' Generation once again with their latest nationwide hit song "Hoot". After grabbing their second mutizen last week, this week they managed to grab another mutizen and completes all three mutizens to be a triple crown! Congratulation to the girls!

‘YongSeo’ couple spends their last day in Japan

Following last week’s episode of MBC’s “We Got Married“, in which Seohyun initiated skinship with Yonghwa, the upcoming episode will document the couple spending their final day in Japan.

In the upcoming episode, the YongSeo couple decided to go out for a beer. Then with the help of a bit of alcohol, the two reportedly decided to open up their true feelings and discussed about things that they originally kept to themselves.

Why did Seohyun cry at Hyoyeon’s birthday party?

Seohyun revealed the story about herself crying and drinking in SNSD’s dorm in Japan.

On KBS 2TV’s “Night Star”, Seohyun unveiled her story amidst the discussion about Hyoyeon’s birthday party in their dorm in Japan. During the party, the members played a game among themselves and maknae, Seohyun was asked to take alcoholic drink as a ‘penalty’. Knowing that Seohyun does not take alcoholic drinks, the members deliberately asked her to drink more. Out of a sudden, Seohyun got up and went straight to her room.

Upon seeing Seohyun’s action, the members started to feel worried about her. Seohyun who was crying then opened the door, and carried out the ‘penalty’ by finishing off the alcoholic drink. After that, she went straight back to her room and cried again. Upon hearing Seohyun’s story, Sooyoung lighted up the atmosphere by cracking a joke about Seohyun’s unexpected behavior.

What was the reason for Seohyun’s behavior? Don’t worry. The answer will be revealed on November 28th at 11.15pm KST.

SNSD’s Seohyun discusses her first drinking experience

The innocent maknae of SNSD, Seohyun, recently divulged about her first drinking experience with the other members since she turned of age.

During a recording of KBS 2TV’s night variety show, ‘Nocturnal Habits’, SNSD began the story by explaining that at the time, they were at their dorms in Japan when the group celebrated Hyoyeon’s birthday party. When the members were playing drinking games, Seohyun had to drink alcohol as punishment for losing.

However Seohyun refused to drink, and the members purposely sounded annoyed and asked her why she even joined in on the game if she wasn’t going to drink. It was when Seohyun suddenly stood up and stormed off into her room by herself that the members began to worry whether their joke “went too far.”

At that moment, Seohyun suddenly burst out of her room crying, downed the whole glass in one shot, and went back into her room. Sooyoung imitated what Seohyun did on set, which made the whole cast burst into laughter.

The full episode, scheduled to broadcast on November 28th, will continue explaining the reason why Seohyun did not want to drink.

SNSD wins Inkigayo Mutizen triple crown + other performances

Despite the tense atmosphere enveloping the whole Korean peninsular this past week, SBS has decided to go ahead with the November 28th broadcast of Inkigayo this afternoon, and it promises to be another fun and exciting show filled with amazing performances from the top singers in Korea.

The Take 7 nominees for this week were KARA (‘Jumping‘), SNSD (‘Hoot‘), Psy (‘Right Now‘), B2ST(‘Beautiful‘), Orange Caramel (‘A~ing♡‘), Supreme Team (‘Then Then Then‘), and 2AM (‘You Wouldn’t Answer My Calls‘). All the nominees performed this afternoon.

And it was the SNSD girls who claimed their triple crown with their 3rd Inkigayo Mutizen for their ‘Hoot’ hit song, and matching their triple crown haul on Music Bank. Congratulations!

Yuri Used To Imitate Dinosaurs?

Super Junior's Eunhyuk and SNSD revealed their first impressions of one another.

Eunhyuk and SNSD appeared on the recently recorded KBS 2TV's 'Nocturnal' [or Night Star?], where they talked about when they first met each other.

Hyoyeon stated, "When Eunhyuk first came in as a trainee, he was extremely nervous." She confessed, "As soon as he saw me enter the practice room, he would get up and greet me formally."

To this, Eunhyuk revelead, "SNSD's first impression wasn't much different. Yuri, especially, used to imitate dinosaur sounds before she debuted."

Eunhyk stated, "Before our debut, our management company gave trainees homework to 'prepare a talent' every week, meaning 'prepare a song and dance you are confident in'." He further explained, "But Yuri was the only one who misunderstood it as talents that stars show on variety programs, practicing her impression of a dinosaur."

Yoona added, "Along with the dinosaur sounds, Yuri used to show off other odd talents," and requested that she reenact the same situation.
