Girls' Generation reveal who they'd like to write a song for on 'Sketchbook'

Girls' Generation's Yuri revealed that she'd like to write a song specifically for ballad singerSung Si Kyung.

During a recent filming of 'Yoo Hee Yeol's Sketchbook', the nine members of Girls' Generation, who recently returned with "Mr.Mr", discussed their musical aspirations and career. It seems the girls have noticed that a lot of their peers are writing and producing their own songs.

They said, "Most of the members are preparing their own compositions," and Yuri in particular commented, "I want to give a song to Sung Si Kyung because he's very good at expressing emotional lyrics." Sooyoung mentioned that she'd like to write a song forSISTAR as well.

Hyoyeon also revealed, "It took us 3 months to learn the choreography for 'Mr.Mr.', but the elaborate choreography was possible because we have so many members."

It has been confirmed that Girls Generation members Taeyeon, Sunny, Tiffany, Sooyoung, and YoonA filmed for KBS2's 'Superman is Back'and are going to appear on the show.

As a proof, member Sooyoung uploaded a photo with Choo Sarang on her instagram account and wrote, "Very cute Sarang-ee #Sarang-ah look at here ;)" attaching a group photo of them with the cute kid. They are all smiling while carrying Sarang. Especially Sunny, who even wore a Mickey mouse headband matching Choo Sarang's Mickey mouse outfit.

However, the photo is deleted by Sooyoung afterwards. Doesn't want to spoil perhaps? The broadcast date of SNSD's appearance on 'Superman is Back' hasn't been decided yet.

Sunny gets kidnapped by Taeyeon as she does her bow to thanks for Girls' Generation's 'Music Bank' wins

After Girls' Generation won the trophy on 'Music Bank' on March 14, Sunny made a promise to fans, "To portray my gratitude, I will give a bow." However, the Korean word for "bow" sounds the same as "myself," so Tiffany showed her punny (pun intended) side with, "Yes, we will give you Sunny."

To keep her promise, Sunny uploaded a hilarious video onto Instagram in which she first held her trophy and then knelt down on a blanket to a heartfelt bow. As she said, "I give you myself (a bow),"Taeyeon ran into the shot quickly and started wrapping up Sunny in the blanket. The video ended with Taeyeon dragging a laughing Sunny away like a thief, taking her words literally.

Girls’ Generation Wins ‘Music Bank’ K-Chart with ‘Mr.Mr.’

Following yesterday’s win on “M! Countdown”, Girls’ Generation placed first on tonight’s “Music Bank” on KBS with “Mr.Mr.”. This is Girls’ Generation’s first win on “Music Bank” with “Mr.Mr.” and fifth overall, after winning twice on “M! Countdown” and once each on “Inkigayo” and “Show Champion”. Yuri and Seohyun gave tonight’s acceptance speech on behalf of Girls’ Generation.

In addition, Sunny posted a video on her Instagram account in which she shows her gratitude by bowing.

Girls’ Generation also performed “Mr.Mr.” as tonight’s final performance. The members were dressed in pink and white dresses for most of the dance and white suits for the dance break.

Girls’ Generation will next be appearing on “Yoo Heeyeol’s Sketchbook” tonight at 12:20 AM KST and “Show! Music Core” tomorrow at 3:55 PM KST to continue promotions for “Mr.Mr.”.

Yuri reveals how she matches up with certain members + why YoonA didn't appear on 'Radio Star'

On MBC's 'Radio Star,' Girls' Generation revealed why YoonA did not join them on the show andYuri revealed that she got along with certain members for very certain things

The MCs said, "When we asked YoonA why she wasn't coming out (on the show), she just said sorry and left." Hesitating, Sunny said, "It's because she was scared you may tear her apart," meaning they might question YoonA too much about her relationship with Lee Seung Gi.

Kim Gu Ra said, "I wanted to comfort her on 'Prime Minister and I' not doing well and wished she had come out with [co-star] Lee Bum Soo."

Also on the show, Yuri was asked which member she best got along with and she said, "I can't pick just one. When I drink, it's Sunny. When it comes to humor, I match well with Sooyoung, YoonA,and Taeyeon. I talk about work and sincere things often with Tiffany. When I'm dancing or playing, I match well with Hyoyeon."

Jessica responded, "I'm the only one left out," and became sulky. Yuri said, "I'll think about it... Once in a while I criticize the company with Jessica," and laughed.

Yuri revealed Lee Jong Suk's weird way to get close with people at their first meet.

In the broadcast of MBC's "Radio Star" on March 12th, Girls' Generation members talked about how Sunny likes to bite their shoulders or pinch their elbows, because that's the way she expresses her affection towards the members.

Then Yuri said Lee Jong Suk also has the same habit,"Lee Jong Suk bit my arm at our first meet. I was feeling so embarrassed but later I thought that's how he wants to get close to everybody"

Taeyeon Shares Photos Using New Instagram Account

On March 17th, Taeyeon opened an Instagram account and, to the delight of fans, has begun to share photos with her rapidly growing list of followers. Instagram is a photo-sharing service that allows users to quickly take pictures and share them through the internet.

Taeyeon continues to upload new images to her Instagram, ranging from a snapshot of her shoes to a photo of a road in Japan. Taeyeon also posted a message in an image, in which she explained why she chose to begin using Instagram. Her message reads:

Everyone! This is Taeyeon from Japan~

I am always looking for ways to interact with you all, and I want to share happy news with you all the time!

I’ve always used the official homepage and UFOtown but I felt that was missing… something?

(There are lots of small things that I want to share from time to time)

But it’s not like I can spam the official homepage… that’s just not right ㅜ

and UFOtown is just me receiving questions to answer..

I thought… it would be nice if I could ask you questions as well ^^

I know exactly what everyone is worried about right now.

I also don’t want me or anyone close to me to be hurt..

The reason I started Instagram was to be closer with you all!

Sunny Starts Latest Instagram Account and Opens New Twitter Account

On July 7th, Sunny opened an Instagram account under the username svnnynight and shared a cute selca of herself. Along with the photo, Sunny posted a caption which translated to, “Hi?!…it’s me*^^* Hiiiiiiiii first post!!!” To go along with her new Instagram account, Sunny also revealed she joined Twitter under the username Sunnyday515. Her first tweet translated to, “Hello?! Nice to meet you~ I finally joined twitter!!!!! :)”.
