SM confirms Sooyoung will rejoin SNSD for their October comeback

Representatives of SM Entertainment have revealed that member Sooyoung has recovered enough to rejoin SNSD for their comeback on October 4th.

On September 26th, representatives spoke through TV Report and revealed, “Sooyoung is fortunately able to join the girls for their comeback. She herself was strongly determined to be there. We will be constantly checking on her condition during their promotions.”

Sooyoung recently opted out of SNSD’s performances in Tokyo and Taipei in order to focus on her recovery. Her decisions paid off, as her fracture was revealed to be in a good stage of recovery. She’s currently rehearsing the choreography with SNSD, making sure not to overwork herself.

Representatives continued, “Sooyoung is trying not to go overboard and is checking on her condition throughout their rehearsals. They’ll all be focusing on their rehearsals until their comeback to create the best stage possible.”

SNSD = 9 again for their October comeback


On the 26th of September, a representative of SM revealed over the phone with reporters that Girls’ Generation’s Sooyoung would be returning with the rest of Girls’ Generation for their comeback scheduled on the 5th of October. The representative said that, “Fortunately, Sooyoung will be able to join the girls for their comeback. She had a very strong will and determination to rejoin the girls. However, we will still continue to constantly monitor her condition during their promotions.”

In order to quicken the duration of her recovery, Sooyoung was absent for the SMTOWN LIVE in TOKYO concerts, and it looks like her decision has paid off as she will be able to perform on stage once again. Sooyoung is currently rehearsing for their comeback together with the rest of Girls’ Generation, but she is ensuring that she does not overwork herself.

The representative on the phone ended off by saying, “Sooyoung is making sure that she does not strain herself during rehearsals, and she is also getting occasional checkups. They will be focusing on their practice sessions so that they can create the best stage possible during their comeback.”

SNSD reveals October 4th comeback & Taeyeon’s concept photo!

The time has come for fans to grab their pink glowsticks again: confirming previous rumors, SNSD has finally released the details for their much-anticipated comeback!

The title of the ladies’ third full album will be ‘The Boys‘, and it will hit store shelves on October 5, with the eponymous title track being released separately on the day before on October 4.

‘The Boys’ is especially notable for being composed by Teddy Riley, the American composer who worked with Michael Jackson, and more recently, with Rania for “Dr Feel Good“. In addition, the music video will be released in both English and Korean.

Meanwhile, “kid leader” Taeyeon‘s teaser picture was also released, and it shows her dressed in a stately, Victorian gown and exuding nearly tangible amounts of charisma and charm. What kind of concept do you think the girls have up their sleeves this time around?

SNSD 3rd album "The Boys" set for release on October 5th


SM Entertainment has finally shed some light on SNSD’s comeback with Taeyeon’s comeback teaser image. Subsequently, other members’ teaser images will be unveiled soon.

SNSD will be making a comeback with their 3rd Korean album of which the title song ‘The Boys’ will be released on October 4th through various music sites in Asia (including Korea) and at the same time, throughout America, Europe, South America, etc via iTunes. On the following day, October 5th, the rest of the songs included in the album will be unveiled, sparking the ‘SNSD Syndrome’ once again.

The ‘Worldwide’ concept was put in place to match SNSD’s reputation which has grown beyond Asia to the whole world. The song and music video of ‘The Boys’, which was composed and arranged by world-known American producer, Teddy Riley, will be released in both Korean and English version. The release of SNSD’s much anticipated 3rd album is expected to spark explosive reaction from music fans throughout the world.

Girls' Generation to Release Third Full Album "The Boys" on October 5th


Girls’ Generation will be making their comeback on October 5th.

Girls’ Generation will be releasing their third official album’s title single “The Boys” on October 4th. The full album itself will be released on iTunes in Korea, as well as the rest of Asia, Europe, and the Americas, at the same time on October 5th.

As Girls’ Generation has grown as a girl group that gains attention, not only in Asia, but all over the world, they have planned a fitting “worldwide” concept. They are planning on revealing both Korean and English versions of ‘The Boys”, for both the song and music video.

“The Boys” was written and composed/arranged by Teddy Riley, who was Michael Jackson’s producer, as well as the founder of “New Jack Swing” and Black Street member in the 1990s. He is currently known as one of the best producers all around the world, and has garnered even more attention after it became known he was working with Girls’ Generation.

Starting with Taeyeon on September 26th, teaser images will be released in order. It is predicted that the anticipation amongst fans will grow regarding their new single and performance.
