Seohyun tops poll of having most envied face!

Girls' Generation's maknae Seohyun has been selected as the no.1 female celebrity who has the type of face that females in Gangnam wish to have.

According to the survey conducted by a cosmetic surgery specialist clinic, Regen Medical Group from March 1st to April 2nd, out of the 542 females in their 20s and 30s interviewed along the streets of Gangnam, Seohyun took the no.1 spot with 314 votes for having the type of face envied by those interviewed. JiYeon of T-ara came in 2nd with 138 votes while Wonder Girls’ Sohee took the 3rd spot with 103 votes.

The person in charge of the survey said, “Seohyun’s good facial shape has a smooth V-line and brings out the solid, 3-dimensional effect that gives her a cute image.”

The involvement of Seohyun as model for The Face Shop, JiYeon for Tony Moly and Sohee for Lancome reflect the appeal they have on females.

Yuri's natural beauty mesmerizes netizens!

An unedited photo of Girls' Generation member Yuri’s flawless appearance at the set of a cosmetic advertisement (Mamonde) shoot was revealed.

Recently, a post entitled ‘Yuri’s unedited photo at the set of an advertisement shoot’ was published on an online community forum. In the photo, Yuri gave out an innocent charm with her long wavy hair and a matching white-colored one piece dress. In addition to that, her smooth skin has also garnered much attention.

On April 5th, Girls’ Generation member Tiffany was spotted at Incheon International airport, getting ready to depart for Thailand.

The star along with other members of the mega girl group are attending MBC‘s ‘2012 Korea Music Wave in Bangkok‘, held at the Rachamankha stadium in Bangkok, Thailand on April 7th KST.  A long line of top K-Pop artists are scheduled to attend including 2PM, TVXQ, INFINITE, 4minute, Norazo,G.NA, miss A, SHINee, B2ST, MBLAQ, T-ara, FT Island, 2AM, Secret, IU, and more!

YoonA talks about her ‘Love Rain’ kiss scene with Jang Geun Suk on ‘Entertainment Relay’

Girls’ Generation members such as Jessica and Yuri have had on-screen kiss scenes back to back, but now fans are looking forward to a deep kiss between YoonA and Jang Geun Suk on KBS 2TV‘s ‘Love Rain‘.

On a recent recording of KBS 2TV’s ‘Entertainment Relay‘, YoonA remarked that her kiss scene was the weakest amongst the Girls’ Generation members, and forewarned a deeper kiss scene to come.

YoonA also evoked laughter on set with her witty sense of humor during her interview saying, “Jang Geun Suk is blessed with great female co-stars!”

When asked if she was concerned with viewer ratings, YoonA answered, “I’d be lying if I said I weren’t.”

“I have faith in the actors, actress, and the staff members who worked on this project, and it will do well from now on,” she continued.

YoonA also talked about the change in her ideal type, her plans for marriage in the future, and her relationship with the Girls’ Generation members.

YoonA’s ‘Guerrilla Date’ airs on April 7th at 9:15PM KST on ‘Entertainment Relay’.

A photo of actor Lee Jang Woo taken with the Girls’ Generation members recently surfaced online.

The photo above was taken when both Lee Jang Woo and Girls’ Generation were both in Paris for KBS 2TV‘s ‘Music Bank‘ which took place this past February.

Netizens chuckled upon coming across this photo, as the actor looks rather shy and awkward standing in the midst of nine beautiful K-Pop stars.

“This will make T-ara jealous,” they wrote, in addition to “Worried what Eunjung will think after seeing this“, and “His facial expression is hilarious.”

Girls’ Generation member Yuri has once again impressed netizens with her curvaceous figure.

On April 6th, an online community post titled, “Yuri’s stunningly curvy body“, surfaced with the above photo.

Yuri is seen on the set of her SBS drama ‘Fashion King’ preparing for filming. Her body-hugging dress highlighted her perfect hourglass figure, and it was reported that the staff on set couldn’t help make such comments as, “She has a perfect cola bottle body figure,” and “It’s like a mannequin is walking around.”

Netizens responded to the post by writing, “Yuri always had the best body in Girl’s Generation,” “She’s not just skinny but healthy,” and “She has a look that really works for her as an actress.”

20 Top idol stars to perform at ’2012 Dream Concert’ in May

The top idol stars of today will gather together for the 18th annual ‘Dream Concert‘ in May.

The 2012 Dream Concert is usually the biggest and baddest contest in Korea and this year will be no different. The concert will take place on May 12th at the World Cup Stadium in Seoul, and 20 of today’s hottest K-Pop stars will be performing at this mega event, including TVXQ, Girls’ Generation, 2PM,miss A, 2AM, MBLAQ, SISTAR, SECRET, IU, B2ST, 4minute, INFINITE, TEEN TOP, T-ara, KARA,Davichi, K. Will, and more.

The annual ‘Dream Concert’ has been an iconic Hallyu concert, drawing in fans from not only Korea but Japan, South America, the Middle East, and more, contributing to further spread K-Pop awareness across the globe.

The concert is organized by the Korean Entertainment Producers’ Association (KEPA) who has donated the profits from the concert to various charities since 2009. This year, KEPA will be creating a ‘Dream Concert Scholarship Fund’ with the profits, helping young students in financially difficult situations to study and fulfill their dreams.

KEPA Chairman Kim Young Jin remarked, “Our dream is for the world to become united as one through ‘Dream Concert’, hoping for world peace and order. We hope that teens everywhere will be able to dream bigger dreams through music without borders.”
