Sooyoung ditches the cold weather by vacationing in Hawaii

Girls' Generation's Sooyoung updated her fans with a refreshing new photo via Instagram where the idol revealed that she is avoided the cold by taking off to Hawaii. 

For the fans who are vicariously living through her Instagram posts, this new upload became a source of comfort and warmth. Sooyoung wrote, "No, I didn't get tanned at all. #Hawaii #Aloha #Mahalo." 

In the picture, Sooyoung can be seen wearing a neon pink and white tube-top bikini, flaunting her slim figure and bare yet flawless complexion. 

Netizens responded playfully to the post and commented, "Sooyoung went swimming (soo-young)," and "I can see Sooyoung's trademark bright and optimistic energy."

Sunny raised alarms on the February 24 installment of SBS's 'Roommate' when she almost admitted to dating by a slip of the tongue!  Although is this really a surprise?  Can an attractive lady like her really be single all the time?

The members were eating lunch with the DJs of 'Cultwo Show' when she was asked if it were uncomfortable not having a man.  She said, "Of course I need a man.  Do you know how old I am?  I'm not at that age yet.  I need to date, I am dat--" then cut herself off to dead silence.  Nice catch!

When asked, "Are you dating?" she laughed and said, "I am [dating] well on my own.  I am taking a break right now, though," with the other members supportively saying, "This is the time you must date."

Girls' Generation preparing to drop their first Japanese single as 8 members, 'Catch Me If You Can'

Girls' Generation will be making their comeback in Japan first as 8 members with their 9th single 'Catch Me If You Can'!

SONEs prepare your hearts and your wallets as the single will be coming up on April 22! And as you know with Japanese releases, there are bound to be multiple versions that you'll want to collect! This release will also mark their first new song with 8 members since their last release was the best-of album in Japan with past hits.

The girls will be departing for Japan in March to finish up the last bits of preparation before they make their grand return to the scene. Mark your calendars!

Girls’ Generation to Release DVD and Blu-ray of ‘THE BEST LIVE’ Concert at Tokyo Dome

Girls’ Generation will soon release a DVD and Blu-ray of the group’s first concert at the Tokyo Dome, which took place last year on December 9th. Both the DVD and Blu-ray will come with a 100-page live photobook and include the following tracklist:

Tiffany Sings ‘Only One’ for ‘Blood’ OST

On February 24th, “Blood”, a drama airing on KBS Mondays and Tuesdays, released “Only One”, a song by Tiffany for its soundtrack. The song is available for purchase on iTunes and Korean music portals such as MelOn and Bugs!. A music video with scenes from the drama, the song in the background, and English subtitles for the lyrics was also released on the 1theK YouTube channel.v

Yoona Graduates from Dongguk University and Attends Graduation Ceremony

On February 24th, Yoona graduated from Dongguk University and attended a graduation ceremony at the school, where she has studied theater since 2009. Yoona will also receive a Lifetime Achievement Award for her contributions to the university, an award that Seohyun received as well when shegraduated in August of last year. While enrolled as a student in Dongguk University, Yoona balanced her education with her busy idol life, attending school while also acting in dramas and promoting with Girls’ Generation in Korea and abroad. For her efforts, she was appointed as an ambassador for the school with Seohyun and other alumni last September.
