Yuri to Appear on MBC’s ‘Star Diving Show Splash’

Girls’ Generation’s Yuri will take part in MBC’s new show entitled, “Star Diving Show Splash”, premiering on August 23rd. MBC’s newest program is a popular sports reality show that has appeared in some variation in a total of 20 countries including the U.K., Australia, France, China, the United States, Saudi Arabia, and Spain. Shin Dongyup and Jeon Hyunmoo will be the MCs for the show, and over 20 contestants will participate in this underwater survival competition.

On July 15th, MBC revealed, “Ten people, including singers Girls’ Generation’s Yuri, SHINee’s Minho, SISTAR’s Soyu, NS Yoonji, actors Yang Donggeun and Kim Youngho, actress Oh Seungyeon, comedians Lee Bongwon and Sam Hammington, and UFC champion Kim Donghyun, amongst others, are confirmed to appear.” Despite their busy schedules, the cast has been training to reach their first diving goal scheduled for August. It was also revealed that some of the cast members have been showing exceptional skills, receiving offers from coaches to become professional divers.

Don’t forget to tune in at 10:00 PM KST on August 23rd for “Star Diving Show Splash” on MBC.

Yuri, Minho and Soyu to join MBC’s new diving show

Girls’ Generation’s Yuri, SHINee’s Minho, SISTAR’s Soyu, and many more stars will cool down the summer with MBC’s new variety show ‘Star Diving Show Splash’.

‘Star Diving Show Splash’ is actually based from Netherland’s ‘Celebrity Splash!’ that became popular on all over the world in 20 different countries. It is a sports reality show where group of celebrities test out their diving skills in a fierce competition. 

On July 15th, MBC announced the first line-up of its cast composed of 10 celebrities including Yuri, Minho and Soyu, along with NS Yoonji, actors Yang Donggeun and Kim Youngho, actress Oh Seungyeon, comedians Lee Bongwon and Sam Hammington, and UFC champion Kim Donghyun.

The first episode will air on August 23.

Hyoyeon and Yuri visit Sooyoung on the set of her drama

Girls’ Generation members Hyoyeon and Yuri made a surprise visit to the drama set of tvN’s ‘Dating Agency: Cyrano’ to show their support for fellow member Sooyoung.

SM Entertainment posted new photos on its official websites, showing Girls’ Generation’s Sooyoung, Hyoyeon and Yuri posing cutely for the camera together at the set of Sooyoung’s current drama, ‘Dating Agency: Cyrano’.

Hyoyeon and Yuri are the next Girls’ Generation members who came to surprise Sooyoung during her filming following Taeyeon, Tiffany, Seohyun and YoonA.
