Tiffany Inspires Support for Global Hope

In December of 2012, Tiffany was appointed as an honorary ambassador for Global Hope, a nonprofit organization dedicated to providing mentoring and a better education for impoverished youths around the world. Global Hope stated that Tiffany was chosen as an honorary ambassador because of her “warm heart” towards poor and neglected children.
Recently, it was revealed that as soon as Tiffany was named honorary ambassador for Global Hope, the number of supporters for the organization increased over tenfold and calls to the program flooded in saying, “I want to take part in sharing like Tiffany.” Global Hope received hundreds of “likes” on articles and photos of Tiffany posted on Global Hope’s official Facebook page, compared to the usual average of about 15 a day. There was also a hot response from fans in China, Thailand, and Vietnam. With an increase in support and comments left by foreign fans on Twitter, it was decided to begin adding Global Hope’s news not just in Korean, but also in English.
With her bright smile, dedication, and caring personality, Tiffany continues to fulfill her role as an honorary ambassador for Global Hope as well as inspiring others to support the organization and its mission. Girls’ Generation rocks 22,000 fans in Taiwan



Girls’ Generation has successfully kicked off the first international leg of its “Girls & Peace” world tour with two big shows in Taiwan.

In this second stop of the world tour, Girls’ Generation gave fantastic performances at Taiwan's Taipei Arena on July 20 and 21, mesmerizing 22,000 fans at two shows.

The talented girl group performed 28 songs in total, including “Gee”, “Genie”, “Hoot”, “Oh!”, “The Boys”, “I Got A Boy”, “Dancing Queen”, “Express 999”, as well as hit Japanese singles such as “Paparazzi”, “Flower Power” and more.

Fans also showed their love and support by preparing a special event in celebration of Girls’ Generation 6th anniversary. Everyone held up the “Congratulations on your 6th year” banner while others formed members’ names with coloured papers. On the 2nd day, all of the audience showed “Happy to have Girls’ Generation” with cards.

Girls’ Generation’s “Girls & Peace” tour is slated to continue through Asia, North America and more, although only one show in Singapore in October has been announced so far.

Girls' Generation wows 22,000 fans in Taiwan


Girls' Generation had their first overseas concert for the '2013 Girls' Generation World Tour' in Taipei, Taiwan.

The girls performed at Taiwan's Taipei Arena on the 20th and 21st, greeting 22,000 fans with their trademark amazing performance. The girls performed 28 songs, including their Korean hits "Gee", "Genie", "Hoot", "Oh!", "The Boys", and "I Got A Boy", as well as their Japanese hits "Paparazzi" and "Flower Power".



But it wasn't just Girls' Generation who had something for the fans - the fans themselves had a special event! On the first day, the fans wrote out the girls' names with different colors, and everyone held up the 'Congratulations on your 6th year'. On the 2nd day, all the fans held up 'We're happy because of Girls' Generation' during the girls' "Baby Baby" stage.

What is known is that the girls are headed to Singapore in October. The dates and locations for their concerts in North and South America have yet to be revealed.
