Sooyoung with co-stars at script reading for "The Third Hospital"

On April 9th, tvN’s upcoming medical drama “The Third Hospital” released still cuts teaser from its first script reading featuring the four lead casts including Girls’ Generation’s Sooyoung, Kim Seungwoo, Kim Minjung and Oh Jiho.

“The Third Hospital” is centered on a hospital that practices both Oriental and non-oriental medicine. The drama outlines the competition that took place among neurosurgeons who challenge one another to cure their patients using various western and oriental medical methods. 

Sooyoung will play the role of a violist, and along with Kim Minjung, will be involved in a romantic storyline with the two male characters. Oh Jiho will appear as a warm and tender doctor who applied traditional medicine to his patients while Kim Seung Woo will be the coldhearted doctor who puts his trust on modern medicine.

The drama is scheduled to start airing at the end of July.

YoonA wishes to get married around the age of 32

On the ‘Guerilla Date’ corner of KBS 2TV’s ‘Entertainment Weekly’ aired on April 7th, YoonA talked about her ideal age of getting married.

During the interview, when asked about the viewer ratings of ‘Love Rain’, YoonA replied, “Although I don’t keep dwelling on them (viewer ratings), I really hope it will turn out well”.

In reply to the reporter, Kim TaeJin’s question, “You don’t want to give up your position as the center of Girls’ Generation, right?”, YoonA raised a board with the word ‘Yes’ on it.

Besides that, YoonA who was surprised to see Jessica and Yuri’s kissing scenes said, “My kissing scene was the weakest. Because I’ve seen the script, now it seems that I too will…. What should I do?”, giving a hint of the kissing scene that will be unveiled on ‘Love Rain’ soon.

Talking about marriage, the reporter then asked, “When do you want to get married?”. YoonA, who felt rather embarrassed with the question, laughed and replied, “I hope to get married around the age of 32″.

YoonA loves being in center position?

As previously reported, Girls Generation’s YoonA appeared in the ‘Guerilla Date’corner of ‘KBS Entertainment Weekly’ where she was interviewed by reporter Kim TaeJin along a street in Insadong.

During the episode which was aired on April 7th, YoonA discussed various topics such as her drama “Love Rain” as well as the covetable Girls’ Generation’s center position.

When she was asked, “You don’t want to give up the center spot in Girls’ Generation?”, YoonA answered “Yes” without a moment’s hesitation. 

YoonA explained, “Although I don’t want to give it up, I don’t want to insist on it. It’s okay because everyone recognizes the members’ individuality.”

Hyoyeon's latest appearance, Make up, diet or plastic surgery?

After SNSD's Jessica, this time netizens suspect that Hyo Yeon underwent plastic surgery. Recently, Hyo Yeon appeared on MBC "Music Core" as one of the MC's on the 7th of April episode of the show. When she appeared, netizens noticed that she looked different.

More likely, netizens find Hyo Yeon's nose different and that the bridge of her nose is higher than before, However other netizens argued that she look's different because of make-up and perhaps she looks different because of her diet. Netizens commented, "Her nose looks different from before," Does she look different because of her make up?", "Maybe its only because of her diet, Just like Jessica they said she gained a bit of weight thats why she looks different".

YongSeo reunited after one year

On MBC ‘Show! Music Core’ aired on April 7th, Taeyeon and Tiffany were not present as they were in Bangkok, Thailand to host the ’2012 Korean Music Wave in Bangkok’. Thus, Hyoyeon and CN Blue’s YongHwa, along with the current MC, Seohyun, took up the duties for the week. The trio carried out their duties well to ensure the program went along smoothly.

Due to the absence of Taeyeon and Tiffany, Seohyun and YongHwa who were once known as the ‘YongSeo Couple’ in MBC ‘We Got Married’ which ended in March last year, got reunited once again after one year.

Meanwhile, Taeyeon and Tiffany departed for Bangkok on April 5th to host the MBC ’2012 Korean Music Wave in Bangkok’ which was held on April 7th at Rajamangala Stadium. On April 8th (am), Taeyeon and Tiffany had arrived safely in Incheon International Airport.

‘Invincible Youth’ G8 members combined weight revealed

The ‘Invincible Youth‘ G8 members combined weight was revealed and gathered much attention.

On the April 7th episode of KBS’s ‘Invincible Youth 2,’ the G8 members went to ride horses and when MC Boom saw a machine that weighs horses, he urged the girls to get on it.

During the show, the ‘honorable worker’ title went to Yewon and Woori, so they were exempt from getting on the scales.  But the other six members went on the scale at the same time.  The combined weight of the girls was 318kg (699.6 pounds) giving them an average weight of 53kg (116.6 pounds).

Viewers made comments such as, “They are girl group members so they do not weight that much” and “The weight of the six members combined is less then the average weight of a horse which is 350kg.  That is surprising.”

Netizens suspicious over Girls’ Generation Hyoyeon’s recent appearance

What seems to be a facial change on Girls’ Generation’s  Hyoyeon has caught the attention of netizens.

The singer appeared on the April 7th broadcast of MBC‘s ‘Music Core‘, as a special MC along withCNBLUE‘s Yonghwa. Hyoyeon was able to fully digest her role as an MC with her bright and cheerful personality.

However, instead of paying attention to the show, netizens were busy concentrating on Hyoyeon’s recent change in appearance, pointing out that her nose seemed rather larger than usual. They commented, “Her nose seems a bit different“, “She looks pretty though“, “I thought she was Tiffany“, and “She looks like a totally different person.”

YoonA wants to get married at 32

If YoonA gets her way, she would be married 10 years from now.

During her interview on KBS’2 ‘Entertainment Relay‘ Guerilla Date segment that aired on April 7th, she was asked what her plans for marriage were.

This year, YoonA turned 22, and when asked about marriage, without any hesitation she said, “I want to get married at around 32.“  That means in 10 years, Girl’s Generation member YoonA would be married and she will no longer be the darling in the hearts of her countless uncle fans, but the apple of the eye of one man and will live with him as his wife.

Viewers who watched her comments shared their thoughts saying, “Marriage?  Just hearing her say that word makes me uncomfortable“, “One day she will get married, but not now!“, and “I am very curious on who she will marry“.

Also during the interview, she spoke about her drama ‘Love Rain‘ and said, “I would be lying if I said I do not worry about the low viewer ratings.  Every cast member and all the staff are very attached to the project.  We will work even harder.”

She was also questioned about her upcoming kiss scene with Jang Geun Suk and she laughed shyly and said, “It was the weakest kiss scene from any Girl’s Generation member,” causing much anticipation.

Hyoyeon, “I want to get married ASAP, I’m already late”

Girls’ Generation member, Hyoyeon has revealed that she wants to get married fast.

On the April 7th broadcast of KBS‘ ‘Invincible Youth 2‘, the G8 members held a talk battle in order to ride horses on Daebu island, one of the special attractions in the region.  Two contestants were pitted against each other at a time, questioning and answering each other on one specific topic.  If any member is unable to answer a question immediately, then she would be eliminated.

Apparently, Sunny and Hyoyeon were paired during the competition and their subject was, ‘Idol’s marriage’.  During the talk battle, Hyoyeon revealed, “I want to get married as soon as possible.  I’m already late.”  Sunny who was suppose to oppose whatever Hyoyeon said, remarked, “Do you have a husband in mind?  I’m not telling you to live single until you die old, but I want you to share your charms with the public before you do so.”

“Yeah I know, that is something I’m considering too“, Hyoyeon replied.  Ultimately, Sunny triumphed at the end.

Luckily, Hyoyeon was chosen to test ride a callisto.  Unfortunately, she fell off and rebuked, “You think you’re the only expensive one?  I’m expensive too!” in frustration.

Seohyun and Jung Yonghwa reunite on ‘Music Core’

Due to the absence of MC’s Taeyeon and Tiffany, Girls Generation‘s  Seohyun was able to reunite with her past ‘We Got Married‘ husband, CNBLUE‘s Yonghwa.

On the April 7th episode of MBC‘s ‘Music Core‘, Taeyeon and Tiffany were unable to attend due unavoidable circumstances, leading Yonghwa and Hyoyeon to fill in alongside regular MC Seohyun.

The former ‘We Got Married’ couple reunited after approximately a year from filming their last episode on the variety program. Their reunion triggered a hot response from viewers, causing them to reminisce of the time when they were ‘together’.

Fans of the couple filled the comment board saying, “I bet Taeyeon did it to reunite them“, “It’s good to see them together!“, and “Thank you Tiffany“.
