Sunny talks about her diet and concern about her weight loss

On the October 1 broadcast of Sunny's radio show 'Sunny's FM Date', Sunny shared details of her everyday diet and also expressed concern about her recent weight loss.

During the broadcast, Sunny shared, "Honestly, I don't know much about diets. I was born weak so… I eat a lot of small amounts like sesame grains to constantly maintain my weight."

Despite her regular diet, Sunny recently experienced a weight loss that has the idol concerned with its effect on her appearance. "These days because I lost so much weight, my cheeks are completely sunken. I hate this," she confessed, before continuing, "I want to have a cute, chubby face like in the past. Back then, I hated my cheek fat, but nowadays I hate [not having it]."

Although Sunny appears dissatisfied with her looks these days, she added that she was able to accept the change because of the supportive people around her, saying, "But because I have people who tell me that I'm pretty, I'll endure it."

As Girls' Generation is currently in the spotlight with Jessica's recent split from the group, fans can't help but worry over Sunny's condition, especially with this revelation of her weak body.

Sunny is sad during 'Sunny's FM Date' broadcast and wishes for a happy future

On the October 1 broadcast of Sunny's radio show, 'Sunny's FM Date', Sunny worried fans and listeners with her depressed demeanor.

During the opening of her show, Sunny shared a female listener's story of a memory she had. She quoted, "Today, a girl with spare time for once organized her bankbook. In the bankbook, the name of the girl whom I went to the cafe with last autumn and the store name was written. That was my memory with that person.

As soon as the word "memory" came up, Sunny's expression suddenly saddened and the usually cheerful idol looked as if she were about to cry, prompting fans to wonder if she were reminded of Jessica, who recently split from Girls' Generation.

Sunny continued to share the story: "Even when my mind forgets sometimes, it could be remembering the fact that something like that happened, that love is like that."

At one point, a listener sent in a request saying, "Please look at the camera and smile brightly just once," to which Sunny complied. Sunny herself also seemed to wish to brighten her own mood, as she sang along with Zion. T's lyrics to "Yanghwa Bridge," "Let's be happy, let's not be in pain."

During the same episode, Sunny shared a listener's story of 3 generations living in a house together. The listener stated that the hardest part was meal time for the three generations. In response to the story, Sunny stated that she believed it was important that the three generations remained close, saying, "In the future, I hope the house will be filled with laughter; there aren't a lot of houses for three generations to live together because there are a lot of nuclear families."

She continued, "There can't always be only good things that happen, but I will hope for a lot of good things to happen.  There can't always be good things, but..." and was unable to continue on for a while, grabbing attention from her listeners.

Girls' Generation's leader Taeyeon apologized to SONE during TaeTiSeo's fan meeting for the heartbreak and anguish caused to many of them following the news of Jessica's leave from the group.

TaeTiSeo (Taeyeon, Tiffany, and Seohyun) held a fan meeting at Lotte Department Store near Sky Park in Cheongnyangni, Seoul on October 1 right after returning from their fan meeting in China on the same day. Although they must have been scatter-brained due to lack of rest, the trio tried their best to focus on their fans through warm eye contact and fan service.

According to reports, Taeyeon apologized to SONE on behalf of her group, "We had no other thoughts than to protect Girls' Generation from the beginning. We're sorry... Please trust us once more," and started crying. Feeling the same apologetic heart towards fans, Tiffany and Seohyun also started tearing up.

The eight Girls' Generation members were on the verge of tears during their fan meeting,'2014 Girls' Generation First Fan Party', in Shenzhen, China on September 30, especially Seohyun who cried during their last song, "Complete", showing how much this is affecting both sides.

Past Instagram post by Taeyeon grabs attention in light of Jessica's departure from the group

Netizens are speculating that Girls' Generation's Taeyeon foreshadowed Jessica's departure from the group prior to the press releases from SM Entertainment through a picture of photoshopped emoticons on her Instagram.

Taeyeon posted on her instagram a picture of seven Kakaotalk emoticon characters (including the little alligator) which the netizens have speculated to be Girls' Generation members excluding Jessica and Taeyeon.  She also wrote and hashtagged, "Family pictures#Support, #Strength, #Friend, #Emoticon, #Kakaotalk, #sone," further adding to netizens' suspicion. Netizens also speculated that Taeyeon was hinting at the departure because of the date of the posting, September 28th, just 2 days before the official news broke out and one day before Jessica's Weibo post.

Meanwhile, Taeyeon has been noted to have left subtle messages in the past, as well; she was speculated to have hinted at various incidents via Instagram and Twitter, which was brought to light after her relationship with EXO'Baekhyun went public.

Netizens have commented, "Taeyeon's position on Jessica's departure is really ambiguous," and "Girls' Generation's Jessica's departure, was Taeyeon hinting at it?"

In these pictures, the girls appeared as they normally did, but what did grab attention was the image of a brightly smiling Hyoyeon having a lighthearted conversation with Yuri.

Netizens find foreshadowing in 'Jessica & Krystal,' producer expresses surprise + update given on Krystal

It comes as no surprise that following this development of Jessica's status in Girls' Generation, people wondered what her sister, Krystal, who is also under SM Entertainment, was doing.

Regarding this, SBS drama 'My Lovely Girl' gave a brief update to OSEN, simply stating, "Currently, Krystal is filming with Rain in Gyeonggi-do.  The filming is going on with no abnormalities."

In addition, netizens came to realize there might have been some foreshadowing in the girls' reality program, 'Jessica & Krystal.'  The topic of marriage had come up at one point, which had caused Krystal to cry and ask Jessica to never get married and leave her. Also on the show, Jessica had expressed her desire to get into the fashion industry.

However, Producer Kim Ji Wook, who was in charge of 'Jessica & Krystal' and is now in charge of 'THE TaeTiSeo,' denied having any clue about what was going on behind the scenes.

He told one media outlet on September 30, "I was very surprised when I saw the reports. At the time of filming for 'Jessica & Krystal,' I never caught onto any strange vibes.  I have yet to have any official communication with SM Entertainment, so I am cautious [about saying anything]."

In addition, an on-line community claimed that Tyler Kwon had accompanied Jessica to New York for a filming of 'Jessica & Krystal.'  Producer Kim Ji Wook said, "I don't know what happened during her time off after filming, but when she was with us, I got no wind of anything like that."

As he is also in charge of 'THE TaeTiSeo,' the producer stated, "'THE TaeTiSEo is only made up of TaeyeonTiffany, and Seohyun's story.  I am not entirely sure whether there will be an effect as the series finishes next month.  There seems to be no problem in relation to the broadcasting."

'Dispatch' reports on insiders' perspective into the conflict between Girls' Generation and Jessica

Media outlet 'Dispatch' is offering a different perspective into the Girls' Generation vs.Jessica situation that has come to light. They say they've interviewed 3 insiders who have watched closely over the members and they've shared their insight into what has been going on.

The first few batch of questions centered around whether Jessica was told to leave or whether she informed them she was leaving.

The insiders say it's both. Jessica apparently repeated frequently that she wanted to leave back in January and July. In January she said "I want to get married", she'd let it slip to her members that she was discussing it with the agency. Then in July after their Japanese concert, she had apparently mentioned, "I don't think I can do this anymore. Although it's regretful, I think I have to find my own life." The insiders say she didn't show much determination with Girls' Generation activities, and spoke more about her future regarding going to study abroad, looking for schools, starting her fashion business, and becoming a designer after she quits the team. The members were surprised but they thought it wasn't something they could do anything about. However, they as well as SM had asked Jessica that if her plan was to get married next year and start her own business, to at least focus her efforts on the last album they will release with her.

This raised the question of did Jessica then do her very best for Girls' Generation's following activities?

The sources apparently said although Jessica may have tried to, she was in a situation in which she was just too busy to focus all her effort on Girls' Generation. She did a lot of work with Tyler Kwon, and she launched 'BLANC' in August. She had to go back and forth between China, Hong Kong, and New York to carry out her personal schedules, and she was in New York with Tyler up until the day before Girls' Generation had to leave for their Chinese fan meeting.

So what is her relationship with Tyler Kwon? 'Dispatch' says the insiders told them that the ring on Jessica's hand from 'Tiffany & Co.' is a ring that symbolizes their engagement. Jessica had told her members that she had planned to hold a wedding in October in Hong Kong. Showing his devotion, Tyler also accompanied Jessica to all of her schedules including following her to China and Hong Kong as well as New York during the time she was shooting 'Jessica & Krystal'.

The media outlet then asked these sources whether anyone opposed Jessica launching 'BLANC'. The sources responded that nobody opposed it, but nobody knew she would start it this fast. They were all under the impression that she was going to start it after getting married, so of course it came as a shock when Jessica apparently surprised launched it in August. The shocked members then asked Jessica to make one thing clear, to not make her fashion business her main interest, aka not to be negligent of Girls' Generation. SM also worried about Jessica's new business due to concerns that it could become a business that used Girls' Generation's popularity to sell goods to fans. However, there was nothing in her contract with the agency that forbade her from starting her own business.

She also prepared for her life after Girls' Generation and had set up plans to go study abroad in New York, get married, and expand her business. This meant she needed to quickly put together her portfolio as a designer, which is why she had hurried the launching of her brand. Since she's conducting the business with Tyler Kwon, she is also always with him. She also didn't have much of a choice but to put her main focus on her personal affairs rather than Girls' Generation activities. It was at this point when the members asked her to make a decision.

It was then asked, did Jessica's position suddenly change since she apparently said she wanted to leave the group on her own before? 'Dispatch' revealed that they actually received a tip that Jessica and Tyler had visited the lawfirm Sejong (as previously reported then denied) and they were indeed able to spot the two there. However, what they were consulting about is not known, but the media outlet says it is clear that it was after this visit that Jessica had changed her mind. She had told her members, "If it's okay with you guys, then I want to continue Girls' Generation even after marriage..."

The 8 members had initially said okay to her marriage and to her business, they respected her dreams. However, they asked that she respect the members and the fans by continuing with her plans starting after their main promotions were over. But, the members decided with the situation how it is, their long term fan meeting tour, their last album, etc. could not be done properly. Thus, they held a meeting with Jessica in September and asked her to make a choice. After meeting about 2-3 times, Jessica left for New York. This left the members and Jessica unable to continue conversing, and ultimately, the decision was made that they could not continue activities this way.
Jessica did return right before the day of the fan meeting, and she believed that she did everything she was supposed to do. However, to the other members, they felt that Jessica had already made Girls' Generation her second job rather than her main focus.

So do the members have any issues with Jessica making money outside of the group? The insiders say no. The members don't care about money. However, it can't be ignored that there are also financial risks for the members as well if Jessica's marriage story becomes known. It's said because of this secret, they had to stop doing new advertisements as a whole group. Even if they received an offer, they could not accept, presumably due to potential problems that could come about if the advertisers raise an issue with Jessica and her marriage.

Is there a chance that Jessica could rejoin the group? Insiders say it's about a 10% chance that this may happen. The conditions for her returning to the group is first of all for Jessica to change her priorities. However, the sources say the situation has gone too far for this, she is too involved with Tyler as well. There is also the possibility that Jessica could request to go solo or start acting, however, considering the time for preparation, it's not likely to happen right at the moment.
