Super Junior & Girls’ Generation reveal the members who make the most money

Girls’ Generation‘s Tiffany revealed which of her fellow members made the biggest money on the May 1st broadcast of SBS ‘Strong Heart‘.
When asked who made the most amongst Girls’ Generation, Tiffany answered, “YoonA has a lot of individual activities… so honestly, it’s YoonA.”
But SeohyunTaeyeon, and I will be promoting as unit ‘TaeTiSeo‘ and so we are looking forward to the results,” she continued.
Then Super Junior member Leeteuk revealed, “Last year I participated in 8 different programs and a CF too, but I didn’t make the most, Choi Siwon did. He made a lot of money filming CFs in Taiwan, Thailand, and China.”
Fellow member Eunhyuk added, “No matter how much we make, the amount will be less than the amount Siwon has now,” causing everyone on set to laugh.

Tiffany explains why she doesn’t like being called by her Korean name

Girls’ Generation’s Tiffany, whose Korean name is Hwang Miyoung, confessed that she dislikes being called by her Korean name.
The singer made the confession on the latest episode of MBC‘s ’Joo Byung Jin’s Talk Concert‘. The episode featured members of TVXQSuper Junior, and Girls’ Generation.
The show started off with a quick introduction from each of the members, starting first with TVXQ’sYunho. During Tiffany’s introduction, Leeteuk suddenly asked her why she didn’t like being called by her “real” name. Tiffany then answered that her friends would often “tease her because of her name,”and that they called her “Hwang Miyuk” (“miyuk” in Korean means seaweed), which caused the guests to laugh.
They went as far as making a rap song titled Hwang Miyuck,” continued Tiffany, “They would sing it every time they saw me!
Other highlights from the episode include Eunhyunk’s breaking of his long-running status as a non-drinker of 27 years, Changmin’s choice of the “member he’d get along with the least” should he have debuted under Super Junior, and Seohyun’s own ranking of the men of SM Entertainment from hottest to least hottest.
This episode of Joo Buyng Jin’s Talk Concert will air on May 3rd.

TaeTiSeo “Twinkle”

Anyone with even the vaguest knowledge of K-Pop should know by now that Girls’ Generation has launched a sub-unit called TaeTiSeo. It’s not every day that the K-pop’s biggest girl group drops new music, so this is a cause for celebration — especially when the output is as sizzling hot as TaeTiSeo’s debut single ,Twinkle.
TaeTiSeo, imaginatively named after the unit’s members TaeyeonTiffany, and Seohyun, was obviously created to try and find something to do for whoever in Girls’ Generation had a few hours to spare, but that doesn’t mean that SM Entertainment has skimped on the quality. Funny enough, it seems like SM Entertainment put more time and effort into TaeTiSeo’s “Twinkle” than in Super Junior’s entire “Mr. Simple” comeback.
“Twinkle” taps into the retro sound that’s been dominating K-Pop for the past year, but it’s closer to the funk of “Trouble Maker” than the vintage disco of “Roly Poly”. It’s bursting with old-school sass and some seriously divalicious vocals, with a glossy bubblegum-soul finish for that addictive K-Pop edge. IfSECRET combined their sexy songs like “Love is MOVE” and “Madonna” with the cuteness of “Shy Boy”, you’d end up with “Twinkle”.
Rainbow Pixie needs to take some notes from “Twinkle”; this is how you do a cute sub-unit.
SM really couldn’t have picked a better trio to lead Girls’ Generation’s first sub-unit. Taeyeon’s an amazing vocalist and Seohyun is pretty good in her own right, while Tiffany has more charisma and likeability than the group sometimes knows what to do with. Together, they’re a deadly combo, and completely debunk the false belief that Girls’ Generation can only work as nine. And with the vocals coming out of these girls, they’re going to win over some of the non-believers who claim that the group has no talent.
The accompanying music video is adorable, and has more going on in it than the majority of Girls’ Generation’s past videography. TaeTiSeo play three superstar singers who have it all in the spunky visual — they pose for the paparazzi, wade their way through mountains of designer shoes, perform on stage, and even throw in some product placement by plugging in EXO-K and what looks like an upcoming Girls’ Generation perfume. It reminds me a little of Christina Aguilera’s “Ain’t No Other Man”, only through a colorful K-Pop kaleidoscope!
Through “Twinkle”, Girls’ Generation has been able to show a new side of themselves and further strengthen their position as pop’s premiere girl group. A lot of critics have tried to say that they’ve already peaked, but it’s clear that Girls’ Generation is only getting stronger with time. “Twinkle” has already achieved all-kill status in Korea and the album has set a new record for a Korean artist on the US iTunes chart after peaking at No. 4, so not only is their music just as good as ever, but they’re still reaching new heights of success.
Global Generation, can you feel the heat?

'Love Rain' Jang Geun Suk doesn't budge at YoonA

Girls’ Generation’s YoonA started something pitiful to turn around the heart of Jang Geun Suk.

On the twelfth episode of the KBS 2TV drama ‘Love Rain’ showed Ha Na (YoonA) suggesting a beach shoot to Joon (Jang Geun Suk).

Joon said no, but Ha Na decided she will pose for Joon to find out his truth. However, Ha Na held back tears as she modeled for the cold-turned Joon.

She kept on talking to him to get his attention but he didn’t reply back and although she tried catching his eye with a fluttery yellow dress, Joon didn’t move an inch.

Exhausted, Ha Na had difficulty posing for the camera and in the end got scolded by Joon.

After the shoot, Ha Na asked Joon to stay with her but he made the car leave.

'Lights and Shadows' & 'Fashion King' rise in percentage but not 'Love Rain'

MBC TV “Light and Shadows” and SBS TV “Fashion King” rose in viewing percentage but only "Love Rain” fell.

According to AGB Nielson Media Research on the 2nd, “Lights and Shadows” aired on the first rated 22.3%. This is 0.8% higher than the previous week and “Fashion King” also increased by 0.5%. On the other hand, “Love Rain” fell a 0.4% to 5.2%.

“Love Rain” showed Ha-na (Yoona) hurting at the break up with Joon (Jang Geun Seok). Knowing about the connection between Ha Na and Yoon Hee (Lee Mi Sook), Joon decided to give Ha Na up.

Ha Na was confused and asked why when Joon broke up with her but he didn't answer her back.
