Mnet’s official YouTube account recently released a new “Dancing 9″ teaser featuring Tiffany, Hyoyeon, and Yuri. The video consists of numerous dramatic auditions performed by the contestants. A few glimpses of Hyoyeon and Yuri’s reactions were also shown, and Tiffany also made an appearance.

Girls’ Generation Highlighted in CNET Article

According to CNET Asia, holograms will be the next big thing in Korea’s music industry. SM Entertainment is said to have experimented with this technology for the past decade, and it was successfully implemented for the Girls’ Generation “V Concert” in January. SM Entertainment is planning to open “V-Theater”, a concert hall specifically for virtual performances, in August.

Yuri Voted Third and Hyoyeon Sixth For Best Abs

Daily Sports released a survey taken by eight trainers who voted for girl group members with the best abs. Out of the seven choices, Yuri ranked third and Hyoyeon sixth. In 2011, Yuri had revealed her rigorous workout regiment to create her toned abs.

Girls’ Generation’s Taiwan Concert Raises SM Stock Price

News Tomato reported a rise of 2.38% in SM stock price thanks to Girls’ Generation’s world tour stop in Taiwan on July 20th and 21st. The sold-out concert attracted 22,000 fans to Taipei Arena.

With Taeyeon’s participation in the LA Dodger’s game opening this past weekend, this SONE’s digital painting of Taeyeon in a baseball uniform seems like the perfect way to commemorate the occasion. Update: Taeyeon and Tiffany Sing National Anthems, Sunny Throws Opening Pitch at Dodgers Baseball Game

Update from July 28th:

On July 28th, Taeyeon, Tiffany, and Sunny were in attendance at the Los Angeles Dodgers vs. Cincinnati Reds baseball game at Dodger Stadium in Los Angeles, California to celebrate Korea Day. Before the festivities began, the girls posed for media photos, and Tiffany held a brief interview with the MC.

Taeyeon was up first, singing a beautiful version of the Korean national anthem. Afterwards, Tiffany gave a stunning performance of her rendition of the Star-Spangled Banner, the American national anthem, to the crowd. Sunny then came out to throw the ceremonial first pitch. Following Sunny’s fellow members Jessica and Tiffany’s infamous pitches, the pressure was definitely on to throw a better one.

After Taeyeon, Tiffany, and Sunny’s performances, the three members posed for pictures with Los Angeles’s Ryu Hyunjin and Cincinnati’s Shin-Shoo Choo, both of whom are Korean baseball players in the United States.

Update from July 11th,:

The Korea Tourism Organization of Los Angeles is giving away 60 tickets to the July 28th Los Angeles Dodgers and Cincinnati Reds baseball game. To enter, head to Korea Tourism Organization’s Facebook page.

In addition, Soshified is considering organizing a bulk order of tickets for the baseball game. More details can be found in Soshified’s Projects Section.

Update from July 9th, 2013:

Taeyeon, Sunny, and Tiffany will be representing Girls’ Generation at Dodgers Stadium on July 28th. The three members will sing the Korean national anthem as well as throw out the ceremonial first pitch.

Following the conclusion of the game, LA Dodgers star Ryu Hyunjin and “Korea’s Representative Singers”, Girls’ Generation’s Taeyeon, Sunny, and Tiffany are scheduled to attend an appointment ceremony for Honorary Ambassadors of Korean Tourism.

On July 28th PST, three members of Girls’ Generation will sing the national anthem at the Los Angeles Dodgers and Cincinnati Reds baseball game in Dodgers Stadium in Los Angeles, California. July 28th marks Korea Day for the Los Angeles Dodgers, which is held in honor of the strong Korean culture in Los Angeles. South Korean natives Ryu Hyunjin and Choo Shinsoo, who play for the Los Angeles Dodgers and Cincinnati Reds, respectively, will both be in attendance at the baseball game.

Ryu Hyunjin previously met Girls’ Generation’s Tiffany when she threw the opening pitch at a Dodgers baseball game on May 6th.

Tickets for the Los Angeles Dodgers and Cincinnati Reds baseball game are available through online ticketing vendors such as StubHub and Ticketmaster.

Taeyeon and Tiffany sing national anthems, Sunny throws first pitch at Dodgers game

Girls’ Generation’s Taeyeon, Tiffany and Sunny appeared at the Dodger Stadium in Los Angeles, California on July 28th to celebrate ‘Korea Day’. 

As previously reported, Korea Tourism Organization has dubbed July 28 “Korea Day” and honored Girls’ Generation and Dodgers pitcher Ryu as promotional ambassadors. As part of the event, Taeyeon sang a beautiful version of the Korean national anthem while Tiffany sang the American national anthem.

Sunny, on the other hand, came out to throw the ceremonial first pitch for the game between Los Angeles Dodgers and Cincinnati Reds.

Seohyun and Sooyoung attend fansign event for Tommy Hilfiger Denim

Girls’ Generation’s Seohyun and Sooyoung attended a fansigning event for Tommy Hilfiger Denim at Hyundai Department Store in Samsung-dong, Seoul at 3pm on July 28th.

Seohyun and Sooyoung, who were chosen as muses for Tommy Hilfiger Denim a few months ago, also gave their autographs for 100 early birds of the day, who purchased products from the brand.

Tommy Hilfiger Denim Holds Fansign Event with Sooyoung and Seohyun

On July 28th, Sooyoung and Seohyun attended a fansign event for Tommy Hilfiger Denim. The fansign took place at the Hyundai Department Store in Samsung-dong. Sooyoung and Seohyun are currentlymuses for Tommy Hilfiger Denim and have attended other events for the brand in the past.
