On June 19th, Girls’ Generation held their first ever flashmob event at Gramercy Park inside Osaka’s Universal Studios Japan to commemorate the release of their new single, “LOVE&GIRLS”. SM Entertainment recently released video footage from the event on its official YouTube channel.
Despite the rain, over 4,000 fans gathered in front of the special stage. When Girls’ Generation appeared on stage, all of the fans cheered enthusiastically. While the performance did start off only in front of the stage, as time went on, it gradually spread across the various areas until almost everyone, including security guards and park characters, was dancing along.
After the filming for the event had finished, Sooyoung returned to the stage once again and said, “To the fans that waited in the rain, thank you very much. I was really happy to be able to do the ‘Shampoo Dance’ together!” The other members were overjoyed at the success of their first ever flashmob, and Sooyoung said to the fans, “Since it is our first time trying this, a lot of the members were nervous, but it was a success. It made us really happy to be able to see the smiles of the fans that danced together with us. If people can listen to our song and smile, then it becomes our happiness too.”
SM Entertainment’s video clip, shown below, reveals various shots from the flashmob event. The video also shows a number of dance covers uploaded by fans, as well as scenes from Girls’ Generation’s “LOVE&GIRLS” music video and footage from the Seoul leg of the “2013 Girls’ Generation’s World Tour – Girls & Peace”. tvN Reveals New Behind-the-Scene Video Featuring Sooyoung
Sooyoung appeared in a new behind-the-scenes video for “Dating Agency; Cyrano”. In the clip, Sooyoung and her co-stars work on filming, and a few off-screen moments are shown as well. The video ends with interviews with the next guests on the drama, Gong Yoo and Jung Yumi.
Hyoyeon and Yuri Featured in Mnet’s “Dancing 9″ Teaser
Hyoyeon and Yuri both appeared in a short promotional video for Mnet’s “Dancing 9“. Both of them will coach the contestants of the show. Other coaches include Shinhwa’s Lee Minwoo, Lee Yongwoo, Park Jiwoo, Park Jieun, Woo Hyunyoung, Ducky (Kim Dukhyun), and Poppin J (Lee Jaehyung).

SK Telecom Reveals Three New Advertisements Featuring Yoona
Yoona starred in three new CFs for SK Telecom’s LTE service, which were released this past week. The first commercial shows Yoona in a classroom referring to a board that reads “LTE League”. In the second video, Yoona shows the ease of sharing data between devices, turning her phone upside down so that the data easily flows to her tablet device. For the third video, Yoona answers questions silently, leaving SONEs to guess what hidden message she is trying to communicate.

Tiffany recently uploaded two new UFO profile pictures. The first photo, taken during the girls’ recent trip to Japan, features Tiffany in a black and white striped outfit with cartoon tears added for extra dramatic effect. She also uploaded another photo featuring her dog, Prince Fluffy. The photo focuses on her puppy which she holds in her arms.

On June 22nd, Taeyeon uploaded a video on Instagram featuring the panoramic view of Singapore. In the background, she sang part of Destiny’s Child’s “Brown Eyes”. Her sweet and tender voice inspired this bright SONE to make a short version of the song combining Taeyeon’s and Destiny’s Child’s voices.
On June 24 on the official Girls’ Generation’s homepage, Seohyun uploaded a photo along with a message, “Seohyun’s black and white selca!! Everyone~~ How are you doing~? Half of 2013 is passing by already. Make lots of fun memories each and every day, and have a good day today, too.”
In the picture is Seohyun gazing at the camera with a calm smile on her face. The black-and-white effect gives her look more appealing, and fans also couldn’t take their eyes off of her beauty even with the lack of makeup.

Big KPOP groups are confirmed to attend '2013 Korea-China Music Festival' in Beijing, China.
Fans in China will be enjoying '2013 Korea-China Music Festival' with not just one, not two, not three but six KPOP groups will perform at the said event. The confirmed groups are Girls' Generation, 2PM, MBLAQ, SUPER JUNIOR, Teen Top and EXO.
'2013 Korea-China Music Festival' will happen on the 28th of June (Friday) at 8:00PM CST. It will be held at the Beijing National Olympic Stadium.
The event is expected to be mobbed as big KPOP groups will perform on one stage.
