Ever wondered what's inside SNSD's brain??? I came across these Fan-Made SNSD's brain maps and found it interesting so I decided to share it with our readers!

The world loves SNSD

Pictures of SNSD’s cosplays appearing in every corners of the world are now a hot issue.

Recently on an online community site, various pictures had been uploaded with the title “SNSD cosplays from all over the world.”

Most of the cosplayers are Asians although there are also Westerners taking part in these cosplays. This proves that SNSD are now not just Asian stars and the title ‘Global Star’ seems to be more relevant.

Netizens commented “Wow, they are pretty~but the original SNSD are the best!”, “Oh my God, there’s even a black man kekeke”, “There’s no boundary to SNSD’s popularity”, etc

SNSD’s Taeyeon is naturally pretty!

On March 6th, a video entitled “Taeyeon, Pretty” was uploaded to an online portal site. The video contains Taeyeon’s pictures along with Shinhwa’s “Pretty” as the background music.

Also, the video became a hot topic because all the photos were from MBC FM4U’s ChinChin, a radio show that Taeyeon used to host.

In the pictures, Taeyeon was not wearing outfit used in performances. Rather, she wore glasses and casual clothes that made her look very natural. Also, SNSD’s members, as well as their friends, guests, and staffs, were making funny faces. In addition to this, Shinhwa’s emotional voice in the background music perfectly matched the content of the video.

Netizens commented “Taeyeon looks prettier in her natural outfit.” “Taeyeon is really pretty!” “I want to see this video on TV.” “This reminds me of her DJ-ing days.”

SNSD appeared as the cover girls for Japanese Magazine Spur Pink!

SNSD's girls appeared as the main stars of the April edition of Japanese magazine Spur Pink.

I am totally in love with the girls' simple yet stylish fashion in this photo.Hope that the girls will gain more success in Japan in the future, credits to Soshified for the photo!

Ex Morning Musume member's daughter is a fan of SNSD too?

SNSD's popularity in Japan is rising.

2 photos of Ex Morning Musume's member Nozomi Tsuju's daughter have become a hot topic among fans. Her daughter was spotted watching SNSD's Gee PV at home.

Well,my neighbours' children who are studying in kindergarten totally love SNSD as they will dance to the song when i play Gee,if the kids have spending power,i am pretty sure that they will be a force to be reckoned with.

Anyway, the little girl in these photos is cute ^ ^,as cute as her mommy!

SNSD’s One Fine Day interview with ELLE

Is there anyone busier than idols these days? SNSD would especially be busy as they are currently performing all throughout Asia. Recently having gained the title ‘Dior’s Muse’ due to their new endorsement with the cosmetics brand, six members of the group sat down with Kang Ok Jin, editor of ELLE.

The editor commented on the members’ down-to-earth personalities, stating that, although they were stars, the members of SNSD were also bright young girls.

When the topic of ‘meal plans’ was brought up, the girls laughed off the idea. Sunny stated, “We eat whatever we want. We are very active so we have to eat often.” Hyoyeon added, ”After 10PM, YoonAalways wants to eat roast chicken. So we eat together.” Sooyoung also talked about her metabolism, explaining, ”I want to gain some weight but I can’t. I don’t gain weight easily.”

When asked about the recent holidays, the girls each stated where they visited for their break. Tiffanywent back home to San Francisco, Yuri visited Bali with her family. In fact, every member except Hyoyeon (who went to a ski resort) traveled overseas. The girls explained that, whenever they go overseas to film or perform, they can barely leave their hotels and that, although they don’t mind people’s stares, the members have gotten uncomfortable with the increasing amount of people who recognize them across the continent.

The ladies also revealed their ideal honeymoon spots, listing Greece (Sooyoung), Praha (Hyoyeon), Bora Bora (Yuri), Hawaii (Sunny), Mexico Cabo (Tiffany) as well as Milan and Firenze (Jessica).

Aside from talking about themselves, SNSD also discussed beauty. ”My skin is allergic to many things, so I get skin troubles easily. I use Dior products these days and they seem to work well,” Sunny explained. “I don’t touch my face when I get pimples,” Hyoyeon reflected.

As for the member that was most interested in make-up, the unanimous decision pointed at Taeyeon, who was supposedly both interested and skilled at using makeup products. As for fashion, Sooyoung revealed her favorite designers to be Isabel Marant and Alexander Wang, while Tiffany professed her love for D&G and Bluemarine. ”I really want to go to the New York Fashion Week. Isn’t it next week?” Sooyoung wished aloud. If I didn’t become a singer, I would’ve worked in the fashion industry.”

Japanese magazine “Real Live” speculates on the end of SNSD

Lately, with the legal troubles surrounding KARA, the Japanese media have been looking critically at the Korean music industry, which is such a dominant force in Japan (SNSD!). The Japanese magazine “Real Live” recently ran an article entitled, “Was it just KARA? SNSD may also disband.”

The article said that because the group was too diverse–consisting of college students, high school graduates, and Americans, and seven out of nine are 21 years old–there is a lot of rivalry. “Real Live” talked about rumored controversies over Yoona lifting Tiffany’s skirt and Jessica cursing Seohyun. Then, “Real Live” pulled out the big guns–they talked about DBSK’s disbandment.

This article has attracted a lot of negative attention from kpop fans: all groups have personal difficulties, to not have any problems wouldn’t be human, and also, DBSK disbanded because of contract issues, not a rivalry within the group. What do you think?

SNSD named #2 ‘Power’ Girl Group in Japan

Right after Forbes Korea ranked SNSD first in 8th annual Korea’s Power Celebrity 40, Japan’s Nikkei Entertainment has named SNSD the number two ‘Power’ Girl Group in Japan.

To compute the list, Nikkei used 2010 average sales for singles:

1. AKB48: 684,800 copies

2. SNSD: 679,000 copies

3. KARA

4. Perfume

With KARA having legal difficulties, it’s hard to imagine any Korean girl group giving SNSD some serious competition right now. Maybe this will change with 2NE1′s debut in Japan?
