Girls' Generation for Vita500!
Pop sensation Girls' Generation are speculated to be the new faces of Vita500, a health and vitamin drink marketed by Kwang Dong Pharmacy with over 8 times the daily allowance of Vitamin-C. Vita500, unlike most energy drinks, has no caffeine, making it not only a healthier alternative to many others, but also a wildly popular drink, whose popularity is now (hopefully) to be supplemented by the girls.
Along with After School member Uee, the 9 ladies of Girls' Generation are strongly suspected to have reached an agreement with Vita500 on the 8th, and a possible CF is now in the making. Girls' Generation and Uee were apparently selected to be the finalists for the company's advertising campaign, being ideal models for the drink because of their youthful image and healthy concepts.
If this turns out to be true, then Vita500, which only comes in one flavor, apple, is about to get 10 more, though nothing is confirmed yet because of "contractual circumstances."

Recently, rumors surfaced that members of Girls' Generation would sign on as models for the cosmetics company Dior. Those rumors became official as Ceci Korea posted a contest on their Twitter involving the members. Fans are being given a chance to ask new Dior models Yuri, Sunny, Jessica, Hyoyeon, Tiffany, and Sooyoung questions relating to beauty and skin care. Fans can tweet questions to @cecikorea, and three lucky winners will be chosen and given some Dior makeup as a gift.
In addition, Ceci Korea is expanding that contest to involve Yoona, who signed on with the cosmetics company Innisfree. Like the contest with the members who are now Dior models, fans can tweet questions about makeup techniques and beauty tips to Yoona through @cecikorea. Three winners will be chosen to receive Innisfree foundation makeup.
Seohyun, Taeyeon, and Yoona are currently not involved with the Dior deal due to their existing contracts with Clean & Clear, A-Solution, and Innisfree, respectively. CNBLUE’s Yonghwa talks about ‘Banmal Song’ and Seohyun on “Behind Star”
While guesting on tvN’s “ENEWS Behind Star,” CNBLUE’s Yonghwa revealed his inner feelings about his ‘wife’ Seohyun from MBC’s “We Got Married“.
His self-composed track, “For First-Time Lovers“, has been ranking at the top on major music sites, and is also being much loved by fans of the ’sweet potato couple’ since it’s a re-arrangement of their duet track, “Banmal Song“.
Yonghwa explained, “The song features an easy melody with lyrics that anyone would have experienced. Seohyun, who participated in the album with me, said she enjoyed listening to it, which makes the song that much more meaningful to me.”
He continued, “Seohyun is the prettiest out of all of the celebrities. Out of us two, I think it’s a waste for Seohyun to be with someone like me.”
When asked about the ‘acting rivalry’ that went on between him and fellow bandmate Minhyuk over “You’re Handsome“, Yonghwa revealed, “I later heard that Minhyuk cried in front of the CEO once my casting was finalized. To call it a competition is a bit of an exaggeration.”

Big Bang’s Seungri irritated SNSD fans during recent interview
Big Bang’s Seungri took part in an interview that’s stirred up some controversy amongst netizens.
Seungri was interviewed by Daum’s micro-blog ‘Yozm,’ where fans were able to upload questions for the artist to answer. One fan asked him to name a few celebrities that he was close with.”I have a lot of celebrity friendships now. I was close to SNSD, but we’re not on good terms lately.. ^^ I won’t talk about it ^^ We fought once so.. ^^”
He continued, “The most representative is KARA’s Goo Hara, but she’s going through a bad situation right now, so……”
Seungri went on to list 2PM’s Chansung, Brown Eyed Girls‘ Ga-In, F.T. Island’s Jong Hoon, MBLAQ’s Thunder, and many others, but netizens expressed that they felt unsettled with the way he listed SNSD and Goo Hara.
Criticizing the star, some netizens posted: “Did you need to publicly state that you had a fight?,” “I’d like for you to think of others when you’re taking part in interviews,” “There’s a difference between being honest and being thoughtless,” and “What does that make SNSD then?
