SNSD’s latest diet plan revealed

Ever wondered how SNSD maintained their slim figures?

During the SBS Lunar New Year special, “Star, What Are You Doing?”, SNSD’s trainer (Kim Ji Hoon) revealed some details about their diets.

“Before an important broadcast or a concert, the girls eat about 1500 calories,” he explained. “They would usually eat seasonal vegetables, 5 heads of broccoli, 100 grams of baked chicken breast, 150 grams of brown rice.”

When asked about their regular diet, the trainer replied, “Because they like snacks and junk food, they usually eat very well.”

Looks like SNSD got an increase in calories from their 1200 calorie diet. Small wonder that their figures draw so much attention – that diet would require a lot of self-control!

Kim Heechul Disguises As A Reporter, Siwon "Kim Gura is having a hardtime because of Heechul"

Kim Heechul brought into conversation about him disguising as a reporter in Japan.

Heechul could not attend to 'Radio Star' recording which broadcasted on Feb. 2nd because of their S.M. concert in Japan. So he interviewed SM entertainment's singers instead on attending 'Radio Star'.

Reporter Heechul's interview opened at the first and middle part of that day's broadcast. The first interviewee BOA said "I feel you four MCs' invectives are really fun, but your program is really scary program to entertainers to go"

Also, Siwon Choi said Gu-ra Kim (who is one of MC at 'Radio Star' program) is his sunbae(선배) and "I heard Gu-ra feels hard because of you Heechul". And that made Heechul to be embarrassed.

And when Heechul ask about Max Chang-min (TVXQ)'s thinking about 'Radio Star', he gave a witty reply that his thinking about the movie 'Radio Star', "The actors who acted in that movie were very impressed to me" that everyone burst out laughing.

He also interviewed Yoon-Ah (SNSD), Sully and Victoria of f(x), and other big stars.

She shared a new selca taken with her popular sister Choi Soo Young of SNSD.The girls managed to meet up during Lunar New Year and i am sure that they enjoyed the meal very much.
