YoonA updates fans during rehearsal for Japanese tour

Girls’ Generation‘s YoonA recently updated fans with an adorable selca during rehearsal for the group’s Japanese tour.

The photo shared on Girls’ Generation’s official homepage shows YoonA making a cute expression and holding up a peace sign. Her bare face also left fans in awe of her glowing skin.

Netizens commented, “She is pretty even without makeup”, “Her hairstyle is in the shape of an apple”,“She’s a goddess”, and more.

Girls’ Generation has been on their seven-city ‘2013 Girls’ Generation Arena Tour‘ in Japan since February 9th.

Tiffany thinks Girls’ Generation are still “girls” even with their increasing age

On the final episode of SBS‘ ‘Strong Heart‘, Girls’ Generation‘s Tiffany started her story with the caption ‘We want to be Girls’ Generation‘ and explained how her members are still “girls” even with their increasing age.

Tiffany shared, “I think the moment has come when we now have to keep our dignity as girls. We are ‘Girls’ Generation’, but people keep telling us to stop using the word ‘girl’. Our average age is 24.5 years old [Korean age] and six members are of the same age.”

She continued, “When Girls’ Generation first started promotions, we couldn’t meet other girl groups. But as a music show MC, I had the opportunity to view a lot of them. As an MC, when we watch the other artists’ stages, we could see the fans’ reactions. When they see us, they watch quietly as if they’re giving us special treatment. When other girls groups come out, they start cheering and go wild. But we think we are still cute and youthful. But they tend to look at us as adults.”

YoonA confesses she wasn’t nervous for her ‘Love Rain’ kiss scene with Jang Geun Suk

Girls’ Generation‘s YoonA confessed she wasn’t nervous for a kiss scene with Jang Geun Suk.

The pair played lovers in the KBS2 drama ‘Love Rain‘. She recalled the kiss scene she had in front of the fountain with the actor, stating, “I was really embarrassed. But even though I was embarrassed, I wasn’t that nervous. Jang Geun Suk and I are pretty comfortable together.”

On the same episode of ‘Strong Heart‘, the girls also looked at Jessica and Yuri‘s kiss scenes in ‘Wild Romance‘ and ‘Fashion King‘, respectively.

Girls' Generation attends 'LG Cinema 3D Smart TV Launch Event'

 

Currently serving as promotional models, the lovely ladies of Girls’ Generation attended the LG’s ‘2013 Cinema 3D Smart TV’ to introduce the brand’s new line of 2013 TV.

Members Taeyeon, Jessica, Tiffany Seohyun, Yuri and Sooyoung graced the event which took place at the R&D Center in Seocho-dong, Seoul on February 14th. However, Sunny, Hyoyeon and Yoona were not present.

Super Joint Concert in Thailand Details!

 

 

This is such a good news for KPOP fans in Thailand because not just one, not two, not three but four KPOP groups will be coming to Thailand this March for a concert. 

Korean idol groups Girls' Generation, EXO-M, B1A4 and Teen Top with two Thai groups, Groove Riders and Thaitanium will attend 'Super Joint Concert in Thailand' which will be held on March 30th at Rajamangala National Stadium.

Seohyun opens up about her first love

 

 Girls’ Generation’s Seohyun recently attracted a lot of attention for sharing her story about her first love.

On February 11th, Girls’ Generation appeared on Mnet’s ‘The Beatles Code 2’, and Seohyun talked about her first love.

In the segment, ‘Introduction to Music’ where they played songs related to their first love, Seohyun chose Britney Spears’ “Sometimes” and said, “It’s not exactly this feeling that he was my ‘first love’ but this song reminds me of someone who fluttered my heart.”

She continued to share, “It’s not really first love but when I was young, I received a love confession for the first time. I liked him, but I was afraid when he came closer. I was afraid that he would leave me.”
