SNSD’s Yoona models for cosmetic brand Innisfree

Curious to know how SNSD‘s Yoona maintains her baby-like skin?

Cosmetic brand Innisfree is currently advertising their new ‘honey serum’, using Yoona as their newest model/spokesperson. The photos from her newest photo shoot display just how flawless Yoona’s skin is, despite the extremely hectic and busy schedule she maintains.

Yoona personally started using the serum weeks before the actual photo shoot, and an insider informed that the singer arrived an hour early to her shoot to carefully apply the serum on her face.

A representative from the brand remarked, “There’s practically no reason to alter her photos because her skin is absolutely amazing.”

All-natural cosmetic brand Innisfree officially launched the promotions for their new honey serum just in time for the autumn season, when women tend to complain about their dry skin. The serum is made with a honey that is produced in Jeju Island, and can only be harvested once a year in April. More than 40% of this serum is this valuable honey and it helps give the skin moisture as well as elasticity. The serum collects the water in the skin to give the skin a healthy glow, and moisturizes even the driest of skin without giving it an overly-greasy feel.

Seohyun and Donghae will release theme song for 2011 Asia Song Festival

It is reported on October 6th that Super Junior's Donghae and SNSD's Seohyun will release a special track for 2011 Asia Song Festival.

The track is titled "Dreams Come True" that will be released on October 11. The song is described as an easy to follow and has a bright and cheerful melody with Donghae and Seohyun's voices combined. Aside from that, both SM artists will attend Asia Song Festival on October 15 and perform at Daegu Stadium for free.

Their collaboration song has been selected as the theme song for this year's Asia Song Festival. The collected funds from the digital single will be donated to UNICEF to support people in east Africa.

Seohyun and Donghae expressed their gratitude for being selected as UNICEF representatives on October 11 at Changseong-Dong, Seoul.

Seohyun expressed "I'm happy that i can be able to use my skill to help people in Africa." while Donghae said, "It's such an honor to be chosen to sing a theme song for Asia Song Festival and spread hope and dreams across the world."

Korea Foundation Cultural Industries, who sponsored the festival reveals that Donghae and Seohyun received enough love for their talents. They also hope that the future UNICEF representatives are top stars from Asia and be involved in this charity event.

Jessica is a "Devil-Like" Lethal Beauty to Japanese Fans

Girl group Girls’ Generation’s Jessica has garnered attention after being judged as “like the devil” by Japanese fans.

Cable channel Y-Star’s show, “Curiosity”, headed out to Myeongdong in Seoul to see which member was most appealing and popular amongst Japanese fans.

They met with 200 Japanese people in Myeongdong, where they interviewed each of them to investigate their positive feelings on Girls’ Generation members. The results showed that not only did most of the Japanese tourists know Girls’ Generation, but they also knew each members’ names and their characteristics in detail. Through this, they were able to see just how popular Girls’ Generation is in Japan.

Out of all the members, the one member who got the most unusual evaluation was Jessica. Due to her unique smile and chic expression, she has the nickname of ”Ice Princess” in Korea. Japanese fans took this nickname and, as an equal meaning, concluded that she is “like the devil”.

However, being “like the devil” does not carry a negative meaning. Saying someone is “like the devil” in Japan is like saying someone has a “lethal beauty” in Korea.

By capturing Japanese fans with her “devil-like” lethal beauty, Jessica received 22% of the votes, landing her in 3rd place in the group’s popularity ranking.

The most popular Girls’ Generation member amongst Japanese fans will be revealed on October 6th at 2pm through “Curiosity”.

SNSD, KARA and B2ST invite fans for "2011 Kpop Music Festival" in Sydney

Kpop group Kara, B2ST and SNSD released a video to invite fans for the upcoming "2011 Kpop Music Fest". The event will be held at ANZ Statium in Sydney, Australia on November 12th.

This all-stars event also features the group MBLAQ, Sistar, 2AM, 4Minute, CN Blue, DBSK, miss A, Secret and SHINee.
