Seohyun belatedly revealed to have purchased a luxurious $1.2 million villa in Gangnam

Girls' Generation's Seohyun (22) was belatedly revealed to be on the list of wealthy real estate owners in Gangnam after purchasing a luxurious villa last year.

According to building asset management brand 'With Us Asset Investment', Seohyun purchased a luxurious villa in the 'Cheongdam Daewoo Members County #5' (238㎡) building in Cheongdamdong, Gangnam in May 2012 for 1.29 billion KRW (~ $1.2 million USD). At the time of her purchase, Seohyun took out loans including the Samsung Fire Insurance and was revealed to have repaid her entire loan in full this past February.

The Cheongdam Daewoo Members County #5 is four stories high and home to 19 apartments (villas), each with 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.

TaeTiSeo spotted filming a promotional video

Girls' Generation's unit group TaeTiSeo (Taeyeon, Tiffany, Seohyun) recently made an appearance, attracting a lot of attention from netizens.

Netizens wrote on Twitter that they saw TaeTiSeo filming for something at Kyunghee University on the 10th. Some tweets say, "TaeTiSeo came to Kyunghee University! They are so slender," "TaeTiSeo are dancing to 'Twinkle'," "They say they are filming to promote Korean sightseeing," and "I ran there to see TaeTiSeo."

In the pictures, Taeyeon, Tiffany, and Seohyun are looking gorgeous in their short pants.

According to a representative of SM Entertainment, "It is correct that Taeyeon, Tiffany, and Seohyun are filming a promotional video for Korea Tourist Service, Inc."

YoonA, Sulli, and EXO share their greetings as the new endorsement models for 'SKT LTE'

Girls' Generation's YoonA, f(x)'s Sulli, and EXO shared their greetings as the new endorsement models for 'SK Telecom LTE'!

YoonA recalled her using a lot of arm strength to swing the 'SKT LTE' mobile device for data, while Sulli shared how amazed she was by all of the new features that 'SKT LTE' has to offer for season two of their ad campaign. EXO also revealed how honored they feel to join their sunbaes as the new models, and D.O and Chen danced along to the 'noot' dance for fans.

Taeyeon Shares Photos Using New Instagram Account

On March 17th, Taeyeon opened an Instagram account and, to the delight of fans, has begun to share photos with her rapidly growing list of followers. Instagram is a photo-sharing service that allows users to quickly take pictures and share them through the internet.

Taeyeon continues to upload new images to her Instagram, ranging from a snapshot of her shoes to a photo of a road in Japan. Taeyeon also posted a message in an image, in which she explained why she chose to begin using Instagram. Her message reads:

Everyone! This is Taeyeon from Japan~

I am always looking for ways to interact with you all, and I want to share happy news with you all the time!

I’ve always used the official homepage and UFOtown but I felt that was missing… something?(There are lots of small things that I want to share from time to time)But it’s not like I can spam the official homepage… that’s just not right ㅜand UFOtown is just me receiving questions to answer..I thought… it would be nice if I could ask you questions as well ^^I know exactly what everyone is worried about right now.I also don’t want me or anyone close to me to be hurt..The reason I started Instagram was to be closer with you all!The time I spend outside of Korea increasesand because of that, the number of international SONEs increases.I wanted to… share more simple, interesting, trivial things.I will uploads pictures like everyone else!It’s very similar to the official page. Jessica Opens Weibo Account

On June 23rd, Jessica surprised fans by opening a Weibo account under the username of Sy__Jessica. She uploaded a cute selca of herself as her display picture and posted a short message: “Hi Weibo friends, it’s nice to finally be here! Let’s have some fun! [可爱]

“.
