On December 2nd, organizers of the “2013 Women’s Film Festival” announced that Girls’ Generation’s Sooyoung, who has been identified for her various talents as a singer, actress, and MC, will be the sole host for the “2013 Women’s Film Festival”. As a woman in the film industry herself, Sooyoung accepted the offer to host this year’s “2013 Women’s Film Festival” without hesitation, despite her busy schedule.
A source explained, “It’s uncommon for a female star to host ordinary award ceremonies alone, so this will become a place where Sooyoung’s talents as an MC can be identified.”
The “2013 Women’s Film Festival” will be held on December 5th, starting at 4 PM KST.
