Vote for Girls’ Generation in the YouTube Music Awards

Girls’ Generation has been nominated in the first annual YouTube Music Awards, which will take place on November 3rd. Nominees for the YouTube Music Awards were determined based on data compiled by YouTube over twelve months concerning views, likes, shares, comments, and subscriptions, and Girls’ Generation’s music video for “I Got A Boy” was nominated for “Video of the Year”. This award honors the world’s most loved music videos, and the nominees represent the videos with the most fan engagement on YouTube over this one year period. Other nominees for the category include Demi Lovato, Justin Bieber, PSY, and Lady Gaga. The full list of nomination categories and nominees are available on the official YouTube blog.

The YouTube Music Awards will be streamed live over YouTube on November 3rd. Pre-recorded performances from cities around the world, including Seoul, Moscow, Rio de Janeiro, and London, will also be aired as a lead-in to the live event, which will feature artists such as Lady Gaga and Eminem.
