On the upcoming episode of SBS‘s ‘Star King‘, celebrity trainers Kim Ji Hoon and Kim Soo Changwill reveal a 10-minute workout that will help fans obtain a figure like SNSD‘s.
They said, “If you diligently follow these moves for just 10 minutes a day, you too can have SNSD’s shapely legs.”
The 10-minute exercise consists of four minutes of ‘shakes’, three minutes of strides, two minutes of side-kicks, and a minute of jumps.
“This workout is perfect for those busy working women who do not enjoy exercise,” said the trainers. “Using the pressure belt for 10 minutes can give you the results of 100 minutes of exercise. It effectively breaks up the fat in your arms and legs.”
