Idol group Girls Generation who is nominated for 5 Mnet Asian Music Awards attended the press conference for the highly anticipated event.

Although their third album, “The Boys”, has just been released, Girls’ Generation is nominated for Best Female Group, Best Dance Performance – Female Group, Song of the Year, and Artist of the Year. Leader Taeyeon is also nominated in the Best OST and Song of the Year categories for her song “I Love You” from Athena.
The 2011 MAMA ceremony will be aired live at 7p.m. in Singapore on the 29th.
