Since ‘SM Town Live in Paris‘ marks Korea’s first single agency concert in Europe, MBC has decided it will broadcast a special program solely dedicated to the event.
Koreans have been impressed by how SM Town received an explosive reception all over the world. Because of how quickly tickets in Paris sold out, SM Entertainment was prompted to make way for anadditional concert date.
Even the French media are picking up on the Hallyu sensation, as Le Monde released an article titled “Hallyu which has invaded Europe” and Le Figaro published an article titled, “Hallyu has hit France’s Le Zenith“.
“SM Town Live in Paris” will be held on June 10th and 11th at the Le Zenith de Paris, and the special MBC program will air on July 2nd.
