At 1.00pm on October 25th, SNSD attended the launching of the “Talking to The G20 Leaders” at COEX Millenium Square in Seoul, urging and encourage the public to participate in the promotional activities of the Seoul G20 Summit Meeting which will be held in November this year.
SNSD who were appointed as the G20 Star Supporters by the committee in charge of the preparation of the summit, kicked off their role as an ambassador to the event by particpating the launch of the campaign.
Sooyoung said, “We are thankful for being appointed as the G20 Star Supporters. The Seoul G20 Summit Meeting will be the first to be held in Asia and we are proud of it. We shall continue to promote this event while having our future activities abroad”.
At a booth set up for the event, SNSD members demonstrate ways to promote and encourage public’s participation in the G20 campaign using pictures and videos. Here’s a picture of Seohyun teaching how the messages can be conveyed :

When asked if there is any message regarding the summit that she wanted to deliver, Seohyun replied, “We will do our very best in promoting the G20 Summit which will be held in Seoul”.
Despite the cold weather, 300 fans turned up at this event. This is an indication of SNSD’s massive popularity ahead of their comeback to the music stages on October 29th on KBS 2TV’s “Music Bank”
