少女时代 & 东方神起总动员 电影《I AM》海外市场受追捧




少女时代和东方神起等SM娱乐有限公司旗下艺人总动员共同演绎的电影《I AM》引起了国内外电影市场的高度关注。 《I AM》是CJ E&M(以下简称CJ)与SM共同制作的纪录电影。以SM全球巡演“SM Town全球巡回现场演唱会”中去年在纽约麦迪逊广场花园(Madison Square Garden)的演出为中心,记录了偶像明星们在舞台背后的生活和他们出道时的样子及个人采访。 


在116分钟的电影时长中,少女时代、东方神起、Super Junior、SHINEE、f(x)、宝儿和安七炫等明星将陆续登场,不仅讲述了他们数年前做练习生的时候战胜自己的故事,还将向观众展示他们出道后在舞台上感动的瞬间,甚是催泪。 其中最令人感兴趣的是,电影中将首次公开这些明星们做练习生时候的故事。练习生时候还是郑允浩的瑜卤允浩,以金泰妍、林允儿、徐珠贤身份做练习生的泰妍、允儿和徐贤,Super Junior和SHINEE的成长故事等,都将通过电影一一与观众见面。对于他们的粉丝来说,这些都是相当珍贵的资料。  


该影片即将于6月21日在韩国国内上映,却早早在海外市场掀起了热卖飓风。影片在日本、香港、新加坡、印度尼西亚、台湾等五个亚洲国家和地区上映后,不断出现门票被抢空的先例。特别是在日本,6月2日影片上映后,坐席占有率相对收益连续两周蝉联票房冠军。在新加坡上映的61场中,每场的坐席占有率均高达90%以上,甚至超过了美国流行乐巨星贾斯汀·比伯(Justin Bieber)的演出。 在韩国国内,坐席预售率也一直名列前三甲,对于一部纪录片性质的电影来说,可谓空前绝后。


该影片已确定将在韩国影院近100个放映厅中上映。 某电影相关者表示“据悉,得益于海外观众的热情追捧,该影片已收回了所有制作费用”,“加上国内上映的收益和以后销售附加版权的利润,这部作品很可能成为CJ或SM的摇钱树”。  

Sunny charms with her aegyo on ’1 vs. 100′

Girls’ Generation member Sunny charmed viewers with her trademark aegyo on the June 19th broadcast of KBS‘ ‘1 vs. 100‘.
Sunny introduced herself on the show saying, “Right now it’s Girls’ Generation, today is Sunny['s] Day!” She added in a voice full of aegyo, ”Please give me the prize money.” The 100 male competitors could not hide their smiles at the sound of her cute request.
The program’s host Han Suk Joon mentioned, “I’ve heard that Sunny acts differently in front of guys.
Sunny giggled and replied with a quick, “Yes,” acknowledging her change in behavior. Later on in the show, she danced to the Girls’ Generation song “Kissing You” to the delight of her uncle fans.
In other news, singer Baek Ji Young also made an appearance on the same episode for an intense showdown against the 100 male participants.

Yuri discusses life after ‘Fashion King’ with @star1

Members YuriJessicaSooyoung, and Seohyun of Girls’ Generation met up with @star1 for a paparazzi-themed photo shoot.
The shoot for the July issue was held in the “fashion mecca” Chungdamdong, where flagship stores of top clothing brands like Tory Burch are located.
Each member’s individual looks were highlighted, and the girls were dressed in styles that they themselves preferred to wear.
Yuri, who recently made a successful acting debut on the recently concluded SBS drama ‘Fashion King‘, captivated viewers in Chungdamdong wearing a simple top and shorts. She commented that the biggest difference she’s noticed after the drama is that she has more “ahjumma” fans.
Yuri stated, “I tried acting for the first time in my life, and it was a lot harder than I thought it would be.Truthfully, it was difficult, but I also found it fun.”
She continued, “If there’s one thing that’s changed after ‘Fashion King’, I now have more ahjussi and ahjumma fans who recognize meThey recognize ‘Yuri from Fashion King’ when I go to restaurants or walk the streets. It’s fascinating. I realized the power of dramas.
I would like to have more opportunities to act in the future,” Yuri added. “I would like to continue acting.”

Sunny : Rookie mentality and fans keep Girls' Generation going strong


On June 19th, Girls’ Generation’s Sunny made an appearance on KBS 2TV’s ’1 vs 100′ to challenge for the prize money amounting to 50 million Won.

On the show, Sunny said, “It will be Girls’ Generation’s 5th anniversary soon.” MC Han SukJoon then asked, “How many more years do you think Girls’ Generation could carry out activities together?” In reply to the question, Sunny smiled and said, “As long as there is rookie mentality in us, I think we could still be together as Girls’ Generation, even after more than 10 years.”

Sunny added, “The most rewarding moments were the times when we heard that our fans gain strength from watching us. In order to hear such words for a very, very long time, we will be presenting our strength-giving performances to our fans for a very long time as well.”

Meanwhile, Sunny was eliminated in the 6th round in the game show.

Girls’ Generation voted for ‘best stage performance’ by Japanese netizens

Girls’ Generation was selected in Japan as the single girl group who put on the most lavish stage performances.
On June 18th, Japanese mobile music service chart Recochoku reported the results of their ‘Girl Groups Who Put On Lavish Dances’ rankings. Girls’ Generation was voted #1 by users who said, “Their dances are sexy and cute at the same time, and you can’t help but be captivated by their long, lean legs.
Others said, “People are blown away by the synchronized dance put on by 9 girls. Their fashion style is also amazing.
Following behind Girls’ Generation were dance group E-Girls, techno-pop girl group trio Perfume,KARA, and SPEED.
In related news, Girls’ Generation will be releasing their new Japanese single “Paparazzi” on June 27th.

'Girls' Generation 1st Japan Tour' DVD and Blu-ray Discs ranks high on Oricon


‘Girls’ Generation 1st Japan Tour’ DVD and Blu-ray Disc (BD) are hot-selling items in Japan in the first half of 2012.

According to Oricon’s 2012 first half ranking, the ‘Girls’ Generation 1st Japan Tour’ BD was ranked 2nd in the ‘Music BD Sales’ category with 56,000 copies sold. In the ‘Music DVD Sales’ category as well, Girls’ Generation had once again proven their huge popularity by selling 148,718 copies in the first half of the year, where it was ranked 4th.

Girls’ Generation kicked off their ’1st Japan Arena Tour’ on May 31st, 2011 with 14 performances in 6 cities in front of 140,000 fans. Released simultaneously on December 14th, 2011, the BD and DVD had also dominated the Oricon weekly charts for both the BD and DVD categories at the same time, making Girls’ Generation the first foreign artist to have achieved such an impressive feat.
