Girls' Generation and J.Estina to hold fansign event on December 4th!


In conjunction with the upcoming Christmas celebrations, Girls’ Generation will be attending a special event organised by J.Estina, a brand they are currently endorsing.
A fansigning event will be held on December 4th at the J.Estina store in Lotte’s main departmental store, where 400 lucky customers will be chosen randomly from November 25th to 30th and the winners will be announced on December 2nd.
Within that time period, customers can register and create an account online, where they can choose a Girls’ Generation member and those chosen will be given waiting numbers when they get to the fansign venue on the day itself.
In the new promotional Christmas photos for the brand, the girls showed off their cute and lovely images with colourful skirts and J.Estina bags.
A representative from J.Estina stated, “During our previous promotions and commercials with Girls’ Generation, so many people participated and some even had to pre-order their bags. Therefore, we are anticipating the effects of the new Girls’ Generation Christmas advertisement.”
The bags endorsed and chosen by the members of Girls’ Generation will be available in all J.Estina stores in Korea starting December.

Yuri and Sooyoung Made Special Appearances on 'Gag Concert'!


Girls’ Generation’s Yuri and Sooyoung made a special cameo appearance on the recent recording of KBS2TV’s “Gag Concert”. The girls partook on the segment “Sensitivity”, taking on the role of barbarians and showing great chic yet comical acting. The fans were surprised and delighted at their performance, which stirred up lots of laughter.
The “Gag Concert” with Yuri and Sooyoung will be broadcasted on November 27th, 2011.

Tiffany : Vogue Makeup Look!


Major products needed for this look:
Red Lipstick (look at the bottom of the page)
Black Eyeliner/Mascara (your preference)
Face:
1. Start out with a freshly cleaned and moisturized face.
2. Apply your foundation, and set with your choice of powder.
3. Apply a highlighter above your cheekbones, on your nose, and above your lips.
Eyes:
1. Highlight the inner comer of your eye, also the center and underneath your brow.
2. Line your upper eyelid with liquid liner and wing it out.
3. Apply black eyeshadow to the corner of your lower lash line and smudge it out.
4. Curl your lashes and apply your mascara base and mascara. I like to apply the base and put the mascara on before the base dries.
5. Fill in your brows using a stiff, angled brush. Make sure you thicken your brows a bit.
Lips:
1. Apply lipblam/chapstick to your lips.
2. Than apply your foundation over your lips to mute your own lip color.
3. Than apply the red lipstick.
4. Clean the corners of your mouth with concealer or foundation.
tips:
If you have fair/pale skin you should try a coraly red. Such as Revoln’s Super Lustrous Lipstick in Fire & Ice $8
If you medium/tan skin tone try a pinkish or a true red. Like Revoln’s ColorBurst Lipstick in True Red$8.93
If you have dark/deep skin tone you should try a burgundy (purplish reddish) color. Such as Revoln’s ColorBurst Lipstick in Crimson $8.93

Girls' Generation Four Years Ago : Cute and Fresh 'Into The New World"!


Girl group Girls’ Generation’s looks four years ago is becoming an issue.
On the KBS2 TV’s “Star Life Theater” broadcast on November 24th, the last episode of Girls’ Generation was painted.
At the end of the show, the program mentioned Girls’ Generation’s growth, and their rookie days were shown. Despite the recent popular looks of sexy young women, Girls’ Generation appealed with a fresh and cute image during their debut with “Into the New World”.
The viewers who saw this responded with, “It’s been 4 years already, time goes by very fast”, “They debuted while they were in high school but Maknae is already in her twenties”, “Girls’ Generation four years ago had more innocent appeals”, “Baby-faced Girls’ Generation. It’s great to see them after so long”, and “After seeing them four years ago, they have a strong adult feel now”.

girls' Generation Nominated for Three Categories in Golden Disk Awards!


After topping the charts and music shows in Korea, Girls’ Generation has been nominated for three categories in the upcoming 26th Golden Disk Awards (also known as the Korean Grammy Awards), which will be on January 11th–12th, 2012 and will be held at Kyocera Osaka Dome in Osaka, Japan.
Girls’ Generation has been nominated in the Album Award, Digital Album Award and Most Popular Artist Award categories. There are 25 nominees under the Album and Digital Album Award while for the Most Popular Artist Award, there are 35 nominees.
In addition to that, the Album Award winner be announced on the first day of the event and the Digital Album Award will be announced on the second day. Also, Girls’ Generation will be performing on the second day of the event.
