‘Invincible Youth 2′ cast members shed tears on final episode


The cast members of KBS 2TV‘s ‘Invincible Youth 2‘ ended their time together in tears.
On the November 17th episode, the hosts and G5 girls wrapped up the last of the show’s one-year run by sharing their feelings and memories from the past season.
The cast members grew teary as they watched a video clip of their first meeting and moments from the past year. Girls’ Generation‘s Hyoyeon shared, “I’m [disappointed] we couldn’t get even closer,” whileSISTAR‘s Bora expressed, “The fact that [the show's] suddenly gone… I still feel like I’m going to come to film ‘Invincible Youth’ next week. I can’t believe it. But we’re friends who can see each other anytime, so I hope we do often.”
Jewelry‘s Yewon said, “It’s been two years since I’ve debuted, and for one year, I’ve been with ‘Invincible Youth’. You are all precious to me, and I won’t forget you.” KARA‘s Jiyoung commented, “I learned so much [from being with everyone] the past year. I’m thankful to the cast and crew.”
Like the other G5 girls, miss A‘s Suzy was unable to hold back her tears as she said, “To be honest when I first heard the news that ‘Invincible Youth’ was ending, I was happy because I thought of all the [hard work we did]. But thinking back, I remembered all the good moments we had together too, and I’m [disappointed] that we’ll be leaving each other. I’m the youngest, so I should’ve made more of an effort to get closer to the unnis, but [my personality didn't let me]. I feel like we were just beginning to become one and work together, so I’m disappointed. I want us to contact each other often. I was really happy [during this experience].”
The first episode of season 2 aired last November.

In the first photo,she is seen doing the victory sign while smiling sweetly to the camera.

She mentioned that she was happy to be able to meet and greet Japanese Sones,she then mentioned about the live performance of their new Japanese single "Flower Power".

Girls' Generation Holds LG Fansign Event



On November 15th, Girls’ Generation held a fansign event in celebration of a new LG store branch opening in Gangnam, Seoul. Throughout the past year, Girls’ Generation members have appeared in various LG advertisements and CFs as endorsers for the LG TVs. Fans who took part in the event were able to personally greet one of the girls and receive a personalized autographed LG poster. With each member dressed in their own unique trendy fall fashion, Girls’ Generation truly shined and stunned everyone in attendance.

Girls’ Generation to make a Korean comeback in January 2013

 
Girl’s Generation will be making a Korean comeback in January.
 
The girls had been originally scheduled for a comeback in late October. However, these plans were scrapped and they had to push back their comeback date.
 
This will be their first Korean comeback after a long 15 months since “The Boys” was released. The girls had no Korean promotions as a full group in 2012, so fans are looking forward for the January comeback.
 
Girls’ Generation has always garnered good results through a January comeback with hits such as “Gee” (2009) and “Oh!” (2010) both being released in January which attributed greatly to their incredible popularity. With the January comeback, they’re looking forward to another hit next year as well.

Sooyoung criticizes Yuri for trying to look pretty



Girls’ Generation’s Sooyoung’s humorous comment towards Yuri brought some laughter to the viewers. 

On the episode of SBS TV’s ‘Midnight TV Entertainment’ that aired on November 14, Yuri personally prepared and delivered box of flowers to her fan. 

One male student who was in shock upon seeing her, said, “I saw Yuri up close”, and Yuri smiled back at his response. Yuri then delivered the box of flowers, which she assembled herself, to a female fan at a cafe.

Following the segment, MC Sooyoung teasingly stated, “I could see she was trying to look pretty so much. It’s hard to get used to it,” causing people around her to laugh. Fellow MC Yoon Do Hyun replied, “I enjoyed it” to which Sooyoung jealously said, “Why don't you go out to interview her yourself?”

Sooyoung gets playfully jealous over Yuri’s pretty manners on ‘One Night of TV Entertainment’


Girls’ Generation‘s Sooyoung recently expressed her playful jealousy towards Yuri for her pretty manners.
On the November 14th episode of SBS‘s ‘One Night of TV Entertainment‘, a segment aired where Yuri was shown personally delivering a bouquet of flowers to a fan for an up-close fan meeting. The special event was for cosmetic brand Mamonde and Yuri personally picked out the flowers and put them nicely into a box. She then proceeded to a university where one male student responded in shock upon seeing her, “I saw [Yuri] up close”, and Yuri smiled back at his response. Yuri then delivered the box of flowers to a female fan at a cafe.
After the segment aired, Sooyoung commented, “I can’t get accustomed to seeing Yuri act pretty while handling the flowers”, to which fellow MC Yoon Do Hyun replied, “I enjoyed it.” Sooyoung then fired back in cute jealousy, “Then you should have covered this one yourself.”

Girls’ Generation hold a fan signing for the opening of ‘LG Bestshop’


South Korean conglomerate LG recruited Girls’ Generation for a special fan signing event in celebration of the grand opening for the LG Bestshop in Chungdam-dong, Gangnam-gu Seoul on the 15th.
All nine members of the group participated in the fan signing for the opening of the largest ‘bestshop’ that measures in around 18,000 square feet. At this location, customers can experience and interact with the various products provided by LG for themselves.
Promotional activities for the store will continue on the 16th with Won Bin, 17th with Lee Min Jung, 23rd with Kim Tae Hee, and 24th with Jo In Sung.
