MBC Uploads Videos for “Animals” on YouTube

MBC uploaded video footage of its newest variety program, “Animals”, on YouTube, which features Yuri as one of the show’s cast members. The first video shows Yuri and a few of the other stars on the program being interviewed on “Section TV” after the press conference for “Animals” that took place on January 22nd. The second clip reveals footage from the first episode of “Animals” from January 25th. The entire episode is available in Soshified’s Video Downloads Section.

Sooyoung Attends Yoon Dohyun’s Musical with Ha Jiyoung and Jang Yewon

Sooyoung recently went to watch Yoon Dohyun’s musical, “Once”, with Ha Jiyoung and Jang Yewon. All four have ties to SBS’s “Midnight TV Entertainment”. Jang Yewon tweeted the first two photoswhile Yoon Dohyun posted the third photo on his Instagram account. Sooyoung also posted a similar photo on her own Instagram account to commemorate the fun outing the friends had together.

Girls' Generation wish for 2015 to be a less dynamic year on 'Entertainment Relay'

Girls' Generation greeted viewers on the January 31 broadcast of KBS 2TV's 'Entertainment Relay'!

The reporter congratulated Yuri on joining MBC's 'Animals', sharing, "Congratulations on joining a variety show! What are the competing programs?", to which Yuri let out a big sigh and shared, "'Superman is Back' and 'K-Pop Star'." Hyoyeon joked, "I choose 'Superman is Back'!" The reporter commented on 'Infinity Challenge's hit '90s special, telling Seohyun, "Some people know you as S.E.S' Eugene," to which she shared, "It was really an honor. It still feels like a dream. I was so happy." The reporter told Hyoyeon,"Hyoyeon's whereabouts. You were [spotted] in Prague, Vietnam, and at a ski resort," to which she replied, "I made a lot of personal schedules. I am going to a lot of places these days. Since it's winter now, I'm in Korea these days." 

The reporter also congratulated Sunny and Sooyoung on their Rookie Radio DJ Award['2014 MBC Entertainment Awards'] and Excellence - Actress Award (mini-series)['2014 MBC Drama Awards'], respectively. When asked if her leg is okay from her fall at 'The 24th Seoul Music Awards', Taeyeon shared, "Ah yes. I didn't injure my leg, but my lower back not long ago. But I'm okay after going to the hospital." The reporter asked about YoonA's Chinese drama, to which YoonA shared, "I got friendly with [the cast and staff] quickly, and they treat me well so I'm adjusting and filming well." The reporter also asked, "Is this the first time that you got bangs since your debut?", to which YoonA replied, "Yes," and the reporter jokingly brought a round of applause, saying, "Congratulations on YoonA's bangs!"

When asked what was her New Year's resolution, Tiffany shared, "To be honest, because 2014 was a very dynamic [year], we want this year to be less dynamic. I wished that we show a good stage and release a good album as Girls' Generation."

Taeyeon makes her first public appearance since her stage accident

Girls' Generation's Taeyeon, who recently fell one meter through a hole in the stageat the '24th Seoul Music Awards,' appeared at an official, public event on January 29, looking bright and healthy. 

Taeyeon was seen at the 'Fashion KODE 2015 F/W' event located at the Seoul Trade Exhibition and Convention Center (SETEC). It was her first public appearance since her fall back on January 22, yet Taeyeon was all smiles when she appeared at the runway event with her fellow TaeTiSeo members, relieving her concerned fans. 

According to SM Entertainment's January 22 statement, Taeyeon did not sustain any serious injuries and only received shock in her lower back muscle. She has since received treatment and now appears to have recovered from the incident. 'Seoul Music Awards' also had made an official apology for their mistake. 

In other news, TaeTiSeo recently won a Bonsang during the '24th Seoul Music Awards,' proving their explosive popularity and success as a subunit.

Sunny says her kidneys aren't good and she's talented at cooking ramen

On the January installment of JTBC's 'Everybody,' Girls' Generation's Sunny appeared on the show to talk about various things, such as cooking ramen!

Kim Jong Kook asked, "Does Girls' Generation eat ramen, too?  How do you cook it?" to which Sunny replied, "We're the type to follow the directions as is."  

Shin Bong Sun added, "Even ramen requires some cooking skill, no?  Even the same recipe can be different depending on the person.  Who makes the best ramen?"  Sunny answered, "All of us cook it well.  When it comes to cooking skill, I have that.  I'm confident about that."

The show also talked about appearances as Sunny stated, "I easily get bloated.  My kidneys aren't good.  When I'm tired, the skin under my eyes easily bloats, so I call them exhaustion pockets."  

She gestured towards Kim Jong Kook, saying, "You also have a bit of exhaustion pockets today," to which he said, "I always have them."

Jung sisters Jessica and Krystal rock 'LAPALETTE' handbags for 'Vogue Korea'

Jessica and her younger sister Krystal partook in another photo shoot for fashion brand 'LAPALETTE' and magazine 'Vogue Korea.'  Pictures were released on January 29, making others green with envy that they didn't come from the same gorgeous gene pool!

The lovely siblings looked chic and posh as they posed together, their chemistry jumping off the pages.  While they sported cute couple looks, they also showed off their individual personality as Krystal gives off a more charismatic vibe and Jessica a sweeter demeanor.

Yuri remarks on future acting gigs and Girls' Generation's new album

According to a recent report in Hong Kong, Girls' Generation's Yuri recently attended the iiJin Fall/Winter 2015 Fashion Show and answered questions from the press, talking about her plans this year in relation to acting and singing.

She said, "We're taking our time preparing for our album this year.  Each member is working hard so that all the members can participate a lot for this album.  I am likewise doing my best to participate in writing the lyrics and composing."

As she is currently in MBC's variety show, 'Animals,' Yuri stated, "I have fun and enjoy filming a variety show all the time.  I am filming it with a happy heart.  The pandas are really cute."

In relation to acting, she said, "I have a lot of interest in acting, so as long as I get the chance, I intend to meet everyone through a good production.  If there are any good productions in Hong Kong with the many good directors, I'm of the mind to appear whenever, so I ask for a lot of interest."

For her plans this year, Yuri said, "2014 was quite a dynamic year for Girls' Generation. If I were to have a goal or dream in 2015, it'd be to try hard to put on Girls' Generation's best stage with this album.  If there's a good production, I also want to meet a lot of fans as an actress."
