Taeyeon shows off her 'apple hair' in 4-set picture

Taeyeon released new selcas in a 4-set Instagram collage photo.

As usual, she showed off her cute quirks and pretty looks, this time with a different hair style as her hair is tied back into what's called "apple hair."  She also tried out different facial expressions so she looked cutely angry in some and surprised in another.

Sooyoung tries to stir Jessica's jealousy with a picture alongside Daniel Henney

Girls' Generation's Sooyoung had a fangirling moment when she got to snap a picture with the handsome Daniel Henney, but she of course didn't let this occasion slip by without teasing his biggest fangirl, Jessica!

Sooyoung showed off her lucky moment on Instagram on the 10th, writing the caption, "He is so handsome with #Danielhenny", along with a proof shot.

She also then posted a comment which read, "Are you watching Jessica?", bringing laughs to her followers. However her fans pointed out that rather than making Jessica jealous, Sooyoung might stir the jealousy of her boyfriend Jung Kyung Ho instead! 

Daniel Henney is currently focusing his attention on American TV shows, having picked up another role in upcoming ABC pilot drama 'Agatha'.

Yoona Attends ‘DEFAYE Black’ Launch Event

On April 11th, Yoona attended a launch event for “DEFAYE Black” in Seoul. 21DEFAYE is a fashion collection known for jewelry, bags, and fur clothing. Tonight’s event took place at 21DEFAYE’s boutique in Cheongdam, Seoul. Other stars to make an appearance included actresses Jang Heejin and Choi Yeojin, actors Kim Jihoon and Park Yuhwan, singer Lee Junghyun, and Brown Eyed Girls’ Ga-in.

B-ing Holds Fanmeet in Thailand with Taeyeon

On April 10th, B-ing held a fanmeeting in Thailand with Taeyeon. Taeyeon has endorsed B-ing, a drink brand, since August of 2013.

Taeyeon traveled to Thailand on August 8th, arriving at Suvarnabhumi Airport to a warm reception from many fans. Photos of Taeyeon at the Suvarnabhumi Airport are available in Soshified’s Photos Section.

During her stay in Thailand, Taeyeon filmed an interview for Channel 3 television and a new CF for B-ing. Her interview and a fancam of the CF filming at the Crystal Design Center, as well as Taeyeon greeting fans afterwards, are seen below. Finally, the B-ing “FinMeeting” was held on April 10th. During the fanmeet, Taeyeon greeted the audience, gave many fans handshakes, and took several photographs.

To end the fanmeet, fans in attendance planned a special surprise for Taeyeon called the “Always Here” project, during which the audience held up signs reading “Always Here” and sang Girls’ Generation’s “Complete as balloons were released. Upon seeing the event, Taeyeon repeatedly gave her thanks, saying “Thai SONES are the ones who come up with an event greater than the concert itself, making us feel even more touched. So I can’t really express everything I feel in words. You guys held up the placards that said you’ll always be here. And I can say that because you are here, we are able to sing and move. So I hope that we are always there for each other.”

Taeyeon posted a photo of the project on her Instagram account with the caption, “I really laughed a lot in the past three days thanks to you guys :) It was really a great time ♡ TY!!! #thailand #tysone #bing”.

Sooyoung Attends ‘RAUM’ Housewarming Party

On April 10th, Sooyoung attended the ‘RAUM’ Housewarming Party in Gangnam-gu, Seoul. The event was meant to commemorate the reopening of the flagship store. Choosing a floral dress and heels, Sooyoung arrived at the event with a smile and posed for pictures for members of the press. Other celebrities in attendance included fellow SM Entertainment labelmate Lee Yeonhee, actor Daniel Henney, and many others.

During the event, Sooyoung posted a photo of herself and Daniel Henney on Instagram. She also quickly commented after her upload, “보고있나 제시카”, which translates to, “Are you watching, Jessica?” teasing her fellow member who is known to be a fan.

Jessica proves endearing even with a scary glare in new selca

On April 8, Jessica updated her Weibo with a new picture of herself!

As usual, she looks glamorous even as she appears to be buttering a pastry - but wait there!  It appears the knife has halted momentarily as she catches sight of the photographer and sends an uncharacteristic death glare.  Still, fans can't help but find it endearing and cute, right?

‘Mr.Mr.’ Ranks First on Gaon March Album Chart

Girls’ Generation’s fourth mini album, “Mr.Mr.“, placed first on Gaon’s March album chart. The Gaon album chart keeps track of domestic and international physical album sales. “Mr.Mr.” sold 70,295 copies last month, even holding the top spot for two consecutive weeks on Gaon’s weekly album chart.

“Mr.Mr.” also did well in February. Despite the physical mini album’s February 27th release, “Mr.Mr.” still managed to sell 87,824 copies in the remaining two days, thus sliding into second place for February’s Gaon album chart. “Mr.Mr.”‘s March sales brought the mini album’s two-month total to 158,119 copies sold.

The “Mr.Mr.” mini album was digitally released three days prior to the physical mini album, on February 24th. It achieved an all-kill on Korean music sites, in addition to topping iTunes in multiple countries. It also ranked third on Gaon’s digital chart for the month of March. The girls’ previous Korean comeback, “I Got A Boy”, also managed to place first on the Gaon monthly album chart for the month of January 2013.
