Hyoyeon and Soyu choose between maintaining an image and having a busy schedule

The participants on the March 21 installment of KBS 2TV's 'Full House' were asked to choose which was more important: maintaining an image or having a busy schedule.

Hyoyeon said, "Maintaining an image.  It's something that I've worried over a lot, too. Although you can earn money only from working a lot, if you maintain a good image, you gain the ability to do CFs that pay a lot more."

However, SISTAR's Soyu, like A Pink's Eunji, was of the opposite opinion.  She chose a busy schedule, saying, "Make money when you can and pull back when you must.  No one knows whether your current popularity will continue," with which Lee Kyung Kyu agreed.

Girls’ Generation Wins First Place on SBS’s ‘Inkigayo’ and Performs ‘Mr.Mr.’

On March 23rd, Girls’ Generation appeared on SBS’s “Inkigayo”, which aired a pre-recorded performance of “Mr.Mr.” with Girls’ Generation dressed in black outfits and ties emblazoned with “Mr.Mr.”. However, Girls’ Generation appeared for the show’s live ending, during which it was announced that “Mr.Mr.” had won first place.

This is Girls’ Generation’s ninth win overall with “Mr.Mr.” and second on “Inkigayo”, after winning first place on March 9th.

Taeyeon recently shared on her Instagram, "#mixxo", along with a pair of selcas taken on the set of her photo shoot for 'MIXXO'. Taeyeon was seen without her TaeTiSeo members who were also chosen as models for the SPA brand. Taeyeon took an ordinary white t-shirt to another level with her hair bun with light curls and flirty makeup to spruce up her spring look.

Girls’ Generation also gets hate from the fans of boy groups

On March 18th episode of Mnet 'Beatles Code 3D,' Shindong asked Girls' Generation if they were hated by the fans of any boy group.

Taeyeon answered it honestly that even them experienced that. She gave an example saying, "When we stand beside or have any kind of skin touching performances with the boy idols, the fans of the boy group react." 

Tiffany added, "For example, when we have discussions and talks with the boy idols of SM Entertainment, their fans says 'They talked to our Oppas'.”

Girls’ Generation Performs ‘Mr.Mr.’ on ‘Show! Music Core’ and Wins First Place

On March 22nd, Girls’ Generation’s prerecorded performance of  “Mr.Mr.” concluded this week’s episode of MBC’s “Show! Music Core”. The girls took the stage in all black outfits paired with solid yellow blazers this time around, giving another spectacular show for fans. After, it was announced that Girls’ Generation’s “Mr.Mr.” received first place for this week’s broadcast. However, the nine ladies were not in attendance due to their upcoming performance at the “2014 HEC Korea Festival” in Vietnam later today, which will showcase Hyoyeon as one of the MCs. This is Girls’ Generation’s eighth overall win on the weekly music shows for “Mr.Mr.”.

Taeyeon shows her doll-like appearance in a recent photo

On March 21, Taeyeon updated her Instagram,"mixxo" and uploaded a long a new photo. 

The photo shows Taeyeon looking straight at the camera and shows off her lovely smile. She is wearing a white shirt which is compatible to her white skin and light make-up, exuded a spring-like aura around her. 

Meanwhile, Girl's Generation is still actively promoting for "Mr.Mr" in all music shows.

Hyoyeon to Host ’2014 HEC Korea Festival’

It was revealed that Hyoyeon will be one of the MCs for the “2014 HEC Korea Festival” taking place later today. She will be joined by Vietnamese artist, Issac. In addition to Girls’ Generation, other Korean artists to perform include 2PM, miss A, and SISTAR.
