Seohyun Opens Twitter Account

On November 4th, Seohyun opened a Twitter account with the username sjhsjh0628 and tweeted her thanks to fans for their efforts in helping Girls’ Generation’s “I Got A Boy” win the “Video of the Year” award at the YouTube Music Awards. Her first tweet matched her message on Girls’ Generation’s official website, but also included “sone !! u guys are the best!:)”. Seohyun later tweeted another message in English, again thanking fans for voting, and included a selca.

Seohyun is the latest member of Girls’ Generation to create a public account on social media, following Taeyeon, Jessica, Sunny, Hyoyeon, and Yuri.

Girls’ Generation's 'Soul' lands on MTV’s 'BUZZWORTHY' list

Girls' Generation latest song 'Soul' captured the ears of the US MTV's 'BUZZWORTHY.'

Buzzworthy listed 'Soul' on its '5 Must-Hear Pop Songs of the Week.' According to MTV, 'Soul' is a mixture of genres which is refreshing to hear and showcases their musical creativity. 'Soul' is one of the six tracks from SNSD's latest album.  

SNSD will have their official stage performance on Mnet's 'M-Countdown' on March 6th.

Taeyeon and Jonghyun Say Goodbye to ‘Breath’ on ‘Show! Music Core’

On March 1st, Taeyeon and SHINee’s Jonghyun gave their last performance of “Breath” for MBC’s “Show! Music Core”. This performance was recorded last week, as Taeyeon and Girls’ Generation are currently in Japan for tomorrow’s “U-EXPRESS LIVE” concert at the Saitama Super Arena. Another pre-recorded performance will also be aired on tomorrow’s “Inkigayo” on SBS for the duo’s very last “Breath” performance for this promotion cycle.

Girls’ Generation has just digitally released the “Mr.Mr.” mini album through iTunes, MelOn, Olleh, and various other internet music portals. The mini album consists of six songs: “Mr.Mr.”, “Goodbye”, “Europa”, “Wait a Minute”, “Back Hug”, and “Soul”, with “Mr.Mr.” as the album’s title track. In addition, “Soul” is the Korean version of Girls’ Generation’s recent OST for the “Blade & Soul” video game.

Yuri looks sexy and chic in new selca

Girls' Generation's Yuri unveiled a new sexy selca the other day, making people look forward to seeing the girls back on stage even more.

She uploaded it onto her personal Instagram with the simple message, "Good day."  In the picture, her eyes are darkly lined and winged so she looks both sassy and mature. Yuri wears a nude lipstick to increase focus on her eyes and not overwhelm the heavy gold hoop earrings.

Taeyeon looks like a doll in a recent photo

On February 28th, Taeyeon updated her Instagram "Mr.Mr" and uploaded a long a new photo. 

The photo showed Taeyeon with big fluffy curly hair. She was posing with her eyes close, her long eyelashes and small round face made her look like a doll, especially with the black and white effect it made the photo look more enchanting. 

In addition, Girls' Generation will make their comeback on M!Countdown on March 6th.
