Sunny reveals she is a fan of Michael Jackson

Girls’ Generation’s Sunny has revealed that she is a fan girl of the late “King of Pop”, Michael Jackson.

On July 11, Sunny posted a photo on her Instagram along with the captions, “I watched it yesterday.. Michael jackson’s music.. really has incredible powerㅠㅠ i miss him.. i love you, jackson oppa!! thank you for the nice performance, Cirque du Soleil!!♥ I saw this show yesterday!! It was Amazing.. Love you!! MJ!!!”

In the photo, Sunny is making cute expressions with her show ticket while posing for the camera. She is also giving a big thumbs up, expressing her satisfaction for the great show.

Sunny followed up with the posts, “The ‘ONE’ show my second oldest unnie, jingu dingu, and brother-in-law and I watched together.. yes yes, that's right. this was also a Michael Jackson show.. yes yes, I am Jackson oppa's biggest fan. cirque du soleil, heart bbyong bbyong, I like you^^;;ㅋㅋ”

“I went to Vegas w/ my sister and bro in law. We watched the Michael Jackson show "ONE" and it was dope! I'm a loyal fan for life!”

Soshified Needs You for a Booth at KCON 2013

Citizens of Soshified! We NEED your help! In order for Soshified to take part in this year’s KCON, we need to obtain as many points as we can and win one of five spots in their latest contest!

1. Registering on FanManager

- Head over to http://fanmanager.net/kcon2013 and click on “JOIN THE TEAM TODAY!”

- Be sure to select “Soshified” (located at the very bottom of the list) as your fanclub.

- At the bottom, make sure to selected nothing else except for “KCON 2013 Street Team”

2. Obtaining Points via Social Media

- The top five fanclubs with the most points will get booths at KCON 2013! To help us earn points, please register as part of the Soshified fanclub and help promote KCON!

- Under the “ONLINE” tab, you will see a list of suggestions on how to promote KCON through social media sites like Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, and Youtube.

- Every time you tweet or post, take a screencap as proof! You can submit proof by clicking on “REPORT YOUR WORK HERE!”

- Type a description about what you did and upload the screencap. For example, if you tweeted to your followers to follow KCON, say so in the description and upload a screencap of your tweet!

- Note: You can only upload a certain amount of screencaps per day before you get blocked for 24 hours to prevent spamming. Don’t be discouraged! Come back the next day and repeat the process!

3. Obtaining More Points if you live in USA

- Under the “Posters” tab, you may sign up to get posters and flyers shipped to you to distribute locally.

- Like the social media screencaps, you can also obtain points by putting up posters and handing out flyers! Just report the work on the same page.

- Especially if you live in the USA, participating in these events not only increases Soshified’s chance at obtaining a booth, but also increases the chances of you winning free tickets to KCON 2013!

4. Entering the Soshified raffle (Raffle #1)

- To check how many points you have, click on “VIEW POINTS AND PROFILE” on the home page.

- The next page will display your current points. At the end of the day (or when you get blocked), take a screencap of how many points you have.

(I apologize for having 0 points at the time of writing this tutorial…)

- Email the screencap to soshifiedkcon2013@gmail.com each day you obtain points. Make sure that the subject of the email is: [YOUR SSF NAME]: Day #

Example: If this is my 5th day submitting proof and emailing, my email subject line would be: [Ghost]: Day 5

- Keep doing this every day to increase your chances of winning!

5. Entering the Soshified raffle (Raffle #2)

- Tweet “I hope to see Soshified at #KCON2013 again! #SSFKCON” to enter the twitter raffle! Make sure to include both the #KCON2013 and #SSFKCON hashtags!

- Winners will be randomly selected on twitter!

- Oh and since the tweet will contain the #KCON2013 hashtag, you can screencap the tweet and submit it on the website too! Win-win situation right?

Sunny Starts Latest Instagram Account and Opens New Twitter Account

On July 7th, Sunny opened an Instagram account under the username svnnynight and shared a cute selca of herself. Along with the photo, Sunny posted a caption which translated to, “Hi?!…it’s me*^^* Hiiiiiiiii first post!!!” To go along with her new Instagram account, Sunny also revealed she joined Twitter under the username Sunnyday515. Her first tweet translated to, “Hello?! Nice to meet you~ I finally joined twitter!!!!! :)”.

Sunny is now the fourth member on Instagram, following Taeyeon, Hyoyeon, and Yuri, and the fifth member overall on social networking sites after Jessica opened a Weibo account. All the photos that Sunny has shared will be uploaded below and will be updated with their captions translated as well.

Hyoyeon, Yuri, and Tiffany posed for what could easily be mistaken forStarbucks advertisement!

The girls all got a drink at the popular coffeehouse chain and Hyoyeon snapped a photo of the trio, writing, "yul + hyo + tiff +.+ on the way to practice from #japan#omotesando". The girls look adorable with their expressions next by their drinks.

Girls’ Generation Has Questions For You

As part of a celebration of Girls’ Generation’s upcoming sixth anniversary, Soshified will be creating a message book. The book will contain responses from Soshified’s members to questions directly from the nine members of Girls’ Generation. The questions may be found and answers may be submittedhere. The questions from Girls’ Generation and more details can be found in Soshified’s Projects Section as well, where answers can also be submitted.

Due to limited spacing in the message book, users are encouraged to submit shorter answers. Please be sure to also include your real first name and initial of your last name. There is no guarantee that your answer or answers will be chosen, but following all listed guidelines will increase the chance of your submissions being included in the book.

Priority for messages submitted to the GIRLS&SONE book will be given to Soshified’s donors.Donations are currently being accepted for Girls’ Generation’s sixth anniversary project by Soshified.

The deadline to submit your answers is July 19th, 2013 at 9 PM EST (July 20th, 2013 at 10 AM KST).

Sooyoung, Lee Jonghyuk, and Lee Chunhee Interviewed for ‘Dating Agency; Cyrano’

On June 26th, the stars of “Dating Agency; Cyrano”, Choi Sooyoung (who plays Gong Minyoung), Lee Jonghyuk (who plays Seo Byunghoon), and Lee Chunhee (who plays Cha Seungpyo or “Master”), sat down for an interview with reporter Jung Sukhee.

Jung Sukhee: I think Choi Sooyoung would fall for you if you tried? (laughs)

Lee Jonghyuk: Sooyoung’s already fallen for me.

Choi Sooyoung: I think that Lee Jonghyuk thinks this way is his charm.

Lee Chunhee: When it comes to girls, it was the same in the past and now, but I’m not confident.

Choi Sooyoung: That’s true. The two are completely different styles.

Jung Sukhee: I like the set. The outfits suit the characters well too.

Lee Jonghyuk: Because the set is unique, it helps me exercise my imagination a lot. We prepare our outfits ourselves, and they all prepared things to suit their characters well.

Choi Sooyoung: I think the actors study their own characters a lot. Because they wear outfits that suit their individual color, things don’t overlap either.

Jung Sukhee: Sooyoung, you were really pretty even when you fell into the water.

Choi Sooyoung: I thought a lot about it. (laughs) I also considered if it would be better to wear something where the material shows through a bit. It’s a relief that it came out well.

Jung Sukhee: In the ninth episode, Minyoung’s expression when she told Seungpyo, ‘Everyone has a past they don’t want to talk about,’ was really nice.

Lee Jonghyuk: Right? (looking at Sooyoung) I told you, you looked pretty then.

Choi Sooyoung: When I have a scene with Lee Chunhee, I look pretty. (laughs) On the other hand, I make weird faces when I’m with Lee Jonghyuk. It must be how I cope with Seo Byunghoon’s bad temper.

Lee Jonghyuk: Her acting really improved a lot.

Jung Sukhee: Is there a difference between Lee Jonghyuk on set for the drama and how he is on ‘Dad! Where Are You Going?’?

Choi Sooyoung: He’s the same. I watch it often, and he seems to know funny points.

Jung Sukhee: Because there are a lot of good-looking guys with personality, it’s especially a nice working environment for Sooyoung.

Choi Sooyoung: Right? Not only are the actors cool, but so are the staff members. People around me are really jealous.

Jung Sukhee: Last time, Gong Yoo also came on. However, there wasn’t a scene where you met him, was there?

Choi Sooyoung: I know! Approaching the target has always been Gong Minyoung’s role; she just had to fall in the water that day. As a matter of fact, looking at the schedule, Gong Yoo filmed early in the morning and was leaving. I couldn’t see him at all.

Jung Sukhee: But, if you think about it, this isn’t even a good thing. You’re beginning a love triangle, but both are married with a child (translator’s note: in real life). (laughs)

Choi Sooyoung: I’m actually able to act more comfortably. I’m still really weak when it comes to mellow [acting]. If it weren’t for these two, it would have been a lot more awkward.

Jung Sukhee: If you were Gong Minyoung, who would you choose?

Choi Sooyoung: Master.

Lee Chunhee: (claps)

Choi Sooyoung: I liked the fact that a person with a dark past would change through me. I’m normally obtrusive. But Gong Minyoung is the type who creates a mess and sees how it pans out. But I’m always walking on eggshells, am gullible, and my views aren’t clear.

Jung Sukhee: You’ve had experience with acting through tvN’s ‘The Third Hospital’, but it’s your first time playing a role with some weight, right? I think you’re doing well, starting without any fanfare. And you’re MCing well.

Lee Jonghyuk: She’s good. She has a natural-born talent. She’s an idol, so I’d be lying if I said I wasn’t worried. But she has really good senses. It’s also nice acting with [a] Girls’ Generation [member]. (laughs)

Choi Sooyoung: It’s a relief there wasn’t any fanfare. (laughs) I never set a goal and thought about gaining it. It is a worry, but I want to do things slow. Rather than gaining attention, I want to have good experiences and create good connections. If I think about wanting to show something through this role, it all shows through my acting. Then I’d feel sorry towards Gong Minyoung.

Jung Sukhee: There isn’t a lot of time left until the end of the drama. I’m curious as to whether seasons are possible [for the drama]. If it continues onto a second season, would you all do it together?

Choi Sooyoung: It would help a lot with studying. I would get to act with different senior actors in each episode.

Epilogue: The day of the interview was June 26th, but Lee Jonghyuk mistakenly wrote “June 28th” when signing his autograph. When Choi Sooyoung saw that, she suddenly shrieked and asked, “Today’s the 28th?” It turns out June 28th is Girls’ Generation’s youngest member’s, Seohyun’s, birthday. Lee Jonghyuk asked, “What does Seohyun like? I should buy her a present.” Sooyoung responded, “Really? Then can you take care of my birthday early too?” It was a really nice scene, watching the two squabble and joke around while Lee Chunhee watched with a warm smile.
