Girls’ Generation to embark on world tour

Following their successful second Japan Arena Tour, Girls’ Generation will now be embarking on a world tour this coming June.

The girls will kick off their ‘2013 Girls’ Generation’s World Tour – Girls & Peace’ starting in Seoul at the Gymnastics Stadium on June 8th and 9th before going around Asia as well as the various parts of the world.

As this solo concert will be the first one in two years and will be their first world tour, an explosive response is expected. It is also expected that Girls’ Generation will show off a high quality concert that will surely captivate the fans.

Tickets for the Seoul concerts will be made available from May 9 through G Market.

Girls’ Generation is coming your way, hopefully, with the official announcement of their world tour!

The girls will kick off their tour ‘2013 Girls’ Generation World Tour – Girls and Peace‘ on June 8th and 9th at Seoul Olympic Park’s Gymnastics Stadium before heading on to other stops around various parts of the world.

As this is their first solo concert in Korea in two years and their first individual world tour, you can bet that there is much excitement for the concerts coming up!

Tickets for the Seoul leg of the concert will go on sale starting on May 9th and there will also be tour packages available for international fans here.

Taeyeon enjoying time off in the United Kingdom

It appears Taeyeon is enjoying a well deserved vacation in the United Kingdom.

The Girls’ Generation leader posted a series of photos onto her Instagram earlier today of her journey to London.

In the first photo, she informed her fans where she was by writing, “#Sunny weather #UK“.

She also wrote, “^^^^ #UK” and shared a few photos taken on Tothill Street in London as well as in front of the beautiful gothic church, Westminster Abbey,

She added, “Everyone, feel good. Yay yay yay. :)“.

She concluded with, “Lovely UK sunny weather♡ >_<” and posted,

Taeyeon shares a warm photo with her mother

Taeyeon shared a heartwarming photo with her mother!

She uploaded the above photo onto her Instagram and wrote, “It’s been a very, very long time since my mother did my hair“.

In the photo, her mother was gently braiding Taeyeon’s hair, and Taeyeon managed to get a photo of their reflection in the mirror.

It was a rare opportunity for Taeyeon’s mother to help with her daughters hair since that’s usually left for the stylists of Girls’ Generation or Taeyeon herself.

Fans who saw the heartwarming photo wrote, “It’s awesome that you have a caring mom“, “So sweet“, and “Your mom is beautiful“.

Taeyeon turns into a vampire for chocolate fondue

Girls’ Generation‘s Taeyeon turned into a vampire for chocolate!

She posted the above photo with the caption, “Vampire again!!! Kuang kuang ><.” Taeyeon was posing near a chocolate fondue fountain and pretending to take a bite right out of it.

In another photo with Sunny, the two look unsatisfied as they fish out food that they’d dunked into the chocolate fountain. Taeyeon wrote, “Dessert of the day ;) sweet chocolate fondue!”

Girls’ Generation just recently finished the final leg of their Japanese arena tour, so hopefully they’ll have music promotions soon!

Girls’ Generation wrap up their 20-concert Japanese tour

The ladies of Girls’ Generation have completed all 20 shows for their Japanese tour!

The girls embarked on their Second Japan Arena Tour back on February 9, 2013. During the tour, they had several hilarious episodes, including Taeyeon and Jessica‘s throwing incidents.

Sooyoung thanked her fans for filling up the stages in a sea of pink for every concert. She uploaded photos of the group and wrote on their official board, “Sone, thanks for filling up our venue with pink each time!! We won’t forget the precious memories of the 20 shows ♥ When I saw all the eyes supporting us, singing along to our songs, I couldn’t help but cry because I was touched by the sincerity ㅜㅜ., But as soon as I came down from the stage, we did this during the after party,, Pwahaha., Let’s meet again, Sone ^-^ ♥ Soon!!“.

Seohyun also posted photos on the official board and wrote, “Hello~ It’s Seohyun, Yuri ^^ The 20th Japanese arena tour! Today was our last day~! Kyaa!! Yuri can’t believe it’s already the last day, and Seohyun thought that the time passed by so fast because we had so much fun~ These photos are from our Spring date at Disneyland on our day off. Seo-Sparrow and Donald-Yul!! Keke. The difference in temperatures during night and day are really big lately, so be careful~ Everyone, enjoy the warm Spring and have a good day^^♥“.
