Hyoyeon sheds tears upon seeing her fellow members on ‘Dancing With The Stars 2′

Girls’ Generation‘s Hyoyeon who came in second place on ‘Dancing With The Stars 2‘ shed a few tears upon seeing her fellow members.

The July 27th broadcast of MBC TV’s ‘Dancing With The Stars 2′ revealed footage of the season’s ‘best moments’.

Clips of Hyoyeon giving her humble speech after seizing second place was also revealed, and the singer said, “My time here was short, but it was amazing and I will always remember it. I’ve never had so much fun on stage. I don’t think I’ll ever forget.”

She looked calm and collected, but as soon as she set eyes on fellow group members YoonA andSeohyun, she said, “I’m sad now that I see my members,” and the tears began streaming down her cheeks.

Seohyun attempted to comfort her with a tight embrace, and YoonA who caressed Hyoyeon’s hair also began to tear as well. It was a moment where the girls’ tight bond could easily be felt, and their friendship warmed the hearts of fans everywhere.

Sooyoung and her sister have the same voice?

On the July 25th episode of SBS‘ ‘One Night of TV Entertainment‘, Girls’ Generation Sooyoung‘s older sister Choi Soo Jin made a surprise appearance.

The musical actress drew the attention of the studio not only for her resemblance to Sooyoung, but also because of her nearly identical voice. Choi Soo Jin said, “When I answer the phone for our mom, they’ll often ask ‘Are you Sooyoung or Soo Jin?’ Sometimes even our mom will question, ‘Is that you Sooyoung?’ when I call.”

Other celebrities mistook Choi Soo Jin’s voice for Sooyoung’s at first, only to be shocked to realize that the voice actually belonged to her older sister. Even Sooyoung seemed taken aback by the similarity and expressed her surprise saying, “I had no idea my sister’s voice was so similar to mine.”

An expert explained, “Because siblings or other people who live together have similar lifestyles and eating habits, there’s more of a chance for their voices to be similar.”

YoonA watches "Love Rain" in Japan

On July 26th, Girls’ Generation’s YoonA posted a message on the group’s official webpage as well as shared two adorable photos taken from Japan. 

YoonA wrote:

Thanks to all of your support, since the past May. Completing ‘Love Rain’ filming successfully, and received many happy birthday wishes

I also went on a summer vacation, and am having an enjoyable time doing schedules with my members lately~

A few days ago, I came to Japan for ‘Love Rain’ promotions I was happy because it seemed like a lot of people were showing interest in it^^

While in Japan, the [drama] was airing, so I watched the live broadcast of the first episode of ‘Love Rain’~ ㅋㅋ I took a picture…hohoㅋ It really made my heart flutter and was cool watching it here ㅇ_ㅇ

YoonA, along with actor Jang Geun Suk officially began promotions of their drama “Love Rain” in Japan. The two attended a press conference with more than 130 Japanese press personnels on July 25 ahead of the drama’s premiere on Fuji TV. 

Girls' Generation's phone numbers being sold online!

According to a recent broadcast of “One Night of TV Entertainment” on July 25th, there’s reportedly a source selling some of the top stars' personal phone numbers. The show’s production team was able to narrow in on this situation, where these phone numbers are being circulated over the web. Depending on the stars’ popularity, the cost for their personal digits will range from 5,000 won to 10,000 won.

When a rep of this source was asked whether they had the numbers of Girls Generation, the rep answered, “We have them all. It's 5,000 won for each member. If you buy a lot [of numbers], we’ll give you discount or even throw in a few [other numbers] for free.”

He continued, “If you buy the numbers of all the Girls Generation members, we’ll even give you 2PM’s Taecyeon and Chansung’s numbers for free.”

When asked how they got a hold of these numbers, he responded, “We have a few connections in broadcasting stations that sold them to us, or we got them from ‘sa-saeng fan’ internet cafe postings.” “Sa-saeng” refers to the stalker type of fans that make it difficult for

celebrities to live out their lives in a safe, private, and even human manner.

For the record, this kind of behavior or business activities can result in up to five years in prison with a 50 million won fine. Even if the celebrities affected don’t take legal measures against such business operators, such activities can still be investigated by judicial authorities.

Behind-the-scenes footage of Tiffany’s photo shoot with CeCi magazine revealed

As previously mentioned, Girls’ Generation‘s Tiffany set out to help abandoned animals in her latest photo shoot with ‘CeCi‘ magazine.

In the newly released behind-the-scenes footage, Tiffany brightens the set with her cute, signature eye smile. She can also be seen posing adorably alongside a “big bad wolf” and shyly chanting “I love CeCi” at the end of the video.

Girls’ Generation’s Tiffany recently participated in a pictorial shoot for the August edition of fashion magazine CeCi. The lovely lady transformed into lively young girl, dressed in floral-patterned short and laced pink dresses along with pet dog ‘Ari’.

This time, CeCi unveiled the behind-the-scene footage showing the shooting session, as Tiffany brightened the atmosphere on the set with her signature eye-smiles.

YoonA & Jang Geun Suk hold a successful ‘Love Rain’ press conference in Japan

The ‘Asian Prince’ Jang Geun Suk who traveled to Japan to promote ‘Love Rain‘ was showered with camera flashes upon his arrival.

Japan’s largest private broadcasting company FujiTV began airing ‘Love Rain’ on the 25th, but ahead of it’s first episode, male lead Jang Geun Suk attended a press conference with more than 130 Japanese reporters in attendance.

Jang Geun Suk who also recently completed his ‘2012 Jang Geun Suk Asia Tour-THE CRI SHOW 2‘ at the Yokohama Arena on July 21st and 22nd was showered with camera flashes and bombarded with question after question from the reporters in regards to his drama series. Fans who flocked to the area in hopes to catch a glimpse of the Hallyu star had paralyzed traffic around the building, and police were called in to regulate the situation.

The actor also reunited with fellow ‘Love Rain’ star Girls’ Generation‘s YoonA for the first time in a long while, and the two who exchanged friendly hellos displayed their chemistry at the press conference as well. With their hilarious and witty responses, the two created a more fun and relaxed atmosphere on set. Seeing the two who were so comfortable and having a good time together, the media outlets attending the press conference scrambled to try and report their ‘Love Rain’ promotions first.

Jang Geun Suk’s melo-drama ‘Love Rain’ had first made it’s debut on Japanese cable channel KNTVlast May, instantly becoming a big hit in Japan. PD Yoon Suk Ho‘s unique sense of imagery along with Jang Geun Suk’s dual-acting in the series was highly praised, and ‘Love Rain’ is expected to once again stir a Hallyu drama-craze in Japan.

Furthermore, Jang Geun Suk who featured on FujiTV’s famous morning show ‘Warattee Iitomo‘ in order to further promote ‘Love Rain’ not only received congratulatory wreaths from top Japanese celebrities such as SMAP and HYDE, he also displayed his fluent Japanese skills by speaking effortlessly with the MC, despite it being a live show.

The much-anticipated drama ‘Love Rain’ starring Jang Geun Suk and Girls’ Generation‘s YoonA began will air 5 days a week on Fuji TV, and will begin airing on BCFuji once a week starting on August 6th.
