Sunny would like Girls’ Generation to stay together for the next 10 years

Girls’ Generation member Sunny revealed she would like to promote with her fellow members for a long while.

On the June 19th broadcast of KBS 2TV‘s ‘1 vs 100‘, Sunny participated in an intense quiz and attempted to win the grand prize.

The singer then revealed, “Girls’ Generation will soon be celebrating our 5th anniversary.” The girl group debuted in 2007 with their single album, ‘Into The New World‘.

When MC Han Suk Joon asked, “How many more years do you think you will be able to promote as Girls’ Generation?” Sunny replied with a laugh, “As long as we never lose focus, I think we can promote as Girls’ Generation for more than ten years to come.”

“It makes it the most worthwhile when fans tell us that Girls’ Generation offers them new strength,” she added. “We will continue to put on strengthening stage performances so our fans can continue to say things like that.”

Girls’ Generation enchant with their newest pictorial for ‘High Cut’ magazine

Girls‘ Generation recently flaunted their breathtaking beauty and delicate features for the fashion magazine ‘High Cut‘.

The two revealed pictorials from ‘High Cut’ proved the notion that Girls’ Generation may indeed be the goddesses of this age.

The nine members looked mesmerizingly beautiful as they wore light-colored and flowy dresses which complimented nicely with the greenery in the background. In the second photo, YoonA, Sooyoung,Yuri, and Jessica transformed into real-life princesses as they posed with a pink futon with gold trimming and a bouquet of flowers looking enchanting.

On the 19th of June, the show MBC "Show Champion" showed the result of a survey they conducted where over 2,030 random male participants casted their votes on who they would like to be part of a female version of F4 picking from girl group members.

SNSD Taeyeon was one of the chosen because of her sexy yet innocent and feminine style, Sohee of Wonder Girls also because of her confidence which comes off as a cool ice princess type, 4minute's Hyuna was also a top pick because of her sexy and charismatic aura and Suzy of Miss A completes the group for her innocent and youthful image with a dash of sexiness.

Yiruma Reveals His Affection for Tiffany and Wants to Exchange Music with Girls' Generation!

Yiruma, a world-famous South Korean pianist and composer, was recently asked about giving an idol group a song. In the interview, he revealed that he would like to compose a song for Girls’ Generation as well as his affection for Tiffany, saying, “I want to exchange music with singers that do music completely different from mine. It would be a thrilling experience, having my music played under flashy lights, amidst a crowd going wild. I think out of girl groups, Girls’ Generation would be nice. I felt affection for Girls’ Generation’s TIffany after I heard that she said she liked my music. I was really thankful.”

Tiffany and Yiruma met more than a year ago in 2011, when Tiffany appeared on a touching episode of “Star King” in which she sang with a disabled children’s choir as Yiruma played the piano. Check out this appearance below.

Jessica, Yuri, Sooyoung and Seohyun Featured in '@star1' Magazine!

Girls’ Generation’s Jessica, Yuri, Sooyoung, and Seohyun have been featured in the July issue of celebrity lifestyle magazine, “@star1″. The magazine and the members worked together for a paparazzi concept photoshoot. In order to promote the magazine, “@star1″ has released several behind-the-scenes videos of the four members during the photoshoot, which took place in Cheongdam flagship store of American fashion designer Tory Burch. The photoshoot was also held in the Seoul Cheongdam district branch of the life style concept store, 10 Corso Como, which currently offers the “GiRL de Provence” perfume line, endorsed by Girls’ Generation. The Seoul Cheongdam district is known as the center of fashion in Korea.

In addition, “@star1″ magazine also conducted an interview with Girls’ Generation during the photoshoot. Yuri spoke about acting in “Fashion King”, saying that it was her first time acting and that it was more difficult than she thought it would be. However, despite the difficulty, she still enjoyed her experience. She continued by saying, “After starring in ‘Fashion King’, the one thing that’s changed a lot is that a lot more older ahjummas and ahjusshis (translator’s note: older women and men) have been recognizing me than before. At restaurants or on the streets, a lot of people have been recognizing me as Yuri from ‘Fashion King’. It was really amazing. I could see the power of dramas.” Yuri also expressed her desire to continue to pursue acting, saying, “I hope there are more chances for me to act in the future. I want to continue acting.”

“@star1″ magazine also interviewed Seohyun, who spoke about her time promoting in Girls’ Generation – TTS. Seohyun revealed, “It was a bit unfamiliar promoting as three members instead of nine, but as time went by, it became really fun and I learned a lot.” Seohyun then talked about the differences caused by promoting with fewer members, saying, “Because we were only a group of three, there were more things I was responsible for, and through that, I was able to learn more about singing and stage manners.”

Sooyoung shares her thoughts on Ji Hyun Woo’s public love confession

Girls’ Generation‘s Sooyoung expressed her consent for public love confessions.

On the June 20th broadcast of SBS ‘One Night Of TV Entertainment‘, Sooyoung spoke out about actor Ji Hyun Woo‘s public love confession for actress Yoo In Na.

“I’m so jealous,” she remarked. “All that’s left is for her to receive lots of love.”

Fellow MC Yoon Do Hyun then asked what sorts of actions she would take if she herself received a public confession. He gave her a few different options which included ‘call the agency’, ‘call your parents’, and more.

“I would just accept,” Sooyoung answered, displaying her genuine envy. A panel member then jokingly confessed his feelings for her, however Sooyoung then evoked laughter by saying, “But it also does depend on who it is.”
