Jessica predicted Jung Hyung Don’s future?

A recent post made on an online community board has amused fans as it showed a screen capture ofGirls’ Generation‘s Jessica predicting comedian Jung Hyung Don‘s twin children.

The post was uploaded on May 17th with the title, “SNSD’s Jessica predicted Jung Hyung Don’s twins”,and has gained the attention of fans. The screen captures were from the May 2010 broadcast of KBS‘s ‘Happy Birthday‘ when both the singer and the comedian had appeared as guests.

During the show, Jessica had jokingly told Jung Hyung Don, “You should have twins,” but her comment seems to have become reality as the popular comedian has announced that his wife is currently pregnant with twins just recently.

Fans commented, “Congratulations to Jung Hyung Don“, “Does Jessica have powers to foresee the future?“, and “She should be a fortuneteller.”

Netizens select Taeyeon as most ideal vocal coach

Girls’ Generation leader Taeyeon has been voted as the #1 idol who could potentially be a good vocal coach.

Following the ‘healing idol’ poll that had previously taken place, music portal site Monkey3 conducted yet another online survey asking users, “Which idol do you think will be a good vocal coach?”

The online poll took place between May 10th to 16th. Taeyeon, who is well-known for her talented vocals, topped the list with 43% of the votes. The singer is the lead vocalist for Girls’ Generation and is also currently active in the new unit group, TaeTiSeo.

Under the poll, participants left comments such as, “Not only does Taeyeon have a special tone of voice, her outstanding singing ability and her ability to express her emotions when singing is amazing“, and “She has the basic skills so I think she would be a great teacher.”

Trailing behind Taeyeon were SISTAR‘s Hyorin (13%) at the #2 spot, and 2AM‘s Changmin (12%) coming in at 3rd. Others included Big Bang‘s Taeyang, 2NE1‘s Park Bom, and MBLAQ‘s G.O..

Jessica selects the prettiest member of Girls’ Generation & the member who she thinks will get married first

Girls’ Generation‘s Jessica opened up about her fellow members.

Super Junior‘s Sungmin, f(x)‘s Luna, and Girls’ Generation’s Jessica were all guests on the May 17th episode of tvN‘s ‘TAXI‘.

Jessica who has up until now been known to be an ‘ice queen’ proved that she can be outgoing and witty as well. She revealed who she thought to be the prettiest member of Girls’ Generation, the member who she thought would marry the earliest, and displayed her honest nature when answering questions that the viewers had sent in.

The singer was asked which member of Girls’ Generation she felt was the prettiest, and she answered that it changes depending on the day. Jessica was then asked who was the prettiest on that particular day, and she responded, “Well… I’m the only one that got my makeup done today” somewhat implying that it was actually herself.

She also selected Sunny as the member who she thinks will get married first amongst the girls.

MC Gong Hyung Jin who is known to be an ‘uncle fan’ of Girls’ Generation could not stop smiling throughout the episode, and created an optimally comfortable atmosphere, making it easy for Jessica who is intimidated by talk shows to easily open up.

Jessica along with Sungmin and Luna also opened up about the sweat and tears they had to shed to become one of the hottest Hallyu idols today.

TaeTiSeo reveals secret to their slim bodies!

During the recent recording of SBS E! ‘TV Cultwo Show – Talking About With Stars’, Girls’ Generation – TTS revealed the secret of keeping their bodies slim.

On this episode of ‘TV Cultwo Show’, Taeyeon said, “I cook and eat ramyun late at night”. Upon hearing this, the DJ asked, “How on earth did you manage to maintain your body figures?”. In reply to the question, the girls replied, “After eating, we don’t sleep”.

Also, about the ’900kCal diet’ topic which was once a hot issue, the girls reacted by saying, “How is it possible to consume only 900kCal?”

Girls' Generation Wows Fans and Korea Yakult Staff with 'LOOK' Advertisement Campaign!

With one light shining down on them, the “girls” walk onto the stage with a confident pose. Like falling stars, the crystal accessories make the girls’ every step shine.

Sooyoung, dressed in a pink and black striped dress, dominated the stage like a supermodel, while Jessica showed off her sexiness by exposing her stomach with her shirt fluttering in the wind.

This scene, which looked like a grand fashion show being held in a foreign country, was a CF for Korea Yakult’s diet product, “LOOK”. The CF garnered much attention even before being aired, as it was a CF for a diet product with Girls’ Generation, who is known as the “beautiful legs group” in Japan.

The nine members gathering together despite their busy individual and unit activities also garnered attention. The CF was divided into a TV and movie version and has become a hot issue amongst netizens after behind-the-scenes footage showed staff members making “cameo” appearances in the CFs.

This CF was filmed in April at a studio in Kyunggi-do. It was a hard schedule that started at 10 AM and ended the following day at 3 AM. The person in charge of the Yakult CF stated, “The hardest thing to do was choosing a day to film, because it was not easy getting all nine Girls’ Generation members in one place at the same time.”

One staff member stated, “Everyone on set was overwhelmed by Sooyoung and Yoona’s ‘doll-like bodies’. Everyone stopped and stared at the charisma they gave off when walking down the runway.”

They filmed CFs which will be shown on television and others to be shown on alternative mediums. Other than Girls’ Generation, the people who appeared in them were staff members on set, the advertiser, and the promoter.

The assistant manager of Korea Yakult’s Integrated Marketing and Communication’s team, Seo In-Ho, revealed what it was like on the set, saying, “Their [Girls' Generation's] manners are also on the level of global stars. You couldn’t find any domineering attitude from them, and they looked like cute younger sisters, taking photos with their smartphones together when resting.”

The homepage for “LOOK” also proved Girls’ Generation’s explosive popularity. The website,http://www.dietlook.co.kr, which provides wallpapers, making films, and model photo downloads, has been recording an average of over 10,000 visitors a day.

Meanwhile, a staff member of Korea Yakult revealed, “The second CF for ‘LOOK’, matched with the summer season, will be revealed in early July.”

Taeyeon chosen as the idol who would be a good vocal teacher!

Girls’ Generation Taeyeon was ranked #1 as the ‘Idol who will also be a good vocal teacher’.

From May 10th to 16th, the online music site, Monkey3, ran a poll asking their users “Which idol do you think will also be a good vocal teacher?” and first place went to Girls’ Generation lead vocalist Taeyeon, who gained 43% of the total votes (153 votes out of 357 participants).

As the lead vocal for Girls’ Generation and also a member of the current unit TTS, Taeyeon is well-known for having the best vocals out of the idol groups. People who took part in the poll left such comments, “Not only does Taeyeon have a great voice, but she also sings with such emotions and expresses the songs so well”, and “Because she has great basics and can cover a wide range of music genres, I think she could be a great teacher”.

After Taeyeon, Sistar’s Hyorin came in second place with 13% of the votes and 2AM’s Changmin with 12% at third place. Other than the top three, Big Bang’s Taeyang, 2NE1′s Park Bom and MBLAQ’s G.O were also among those who ranked on the list.
