"Love Rain" exported to Asia and Europe


KBS popular drama “Love Rain” made it overseas.

“Love Rain” has been sold over to Japan, China, Hong Kong Taiwan, Thailand, Malaysia, Vietnam, Philippines, Cambodia, Singapore and other American and European countries.

“Love Rain” is being welcomed in these countries for it uses the 'term' love which is a common value in all the countries that has been explained in the Korean way.

Currently shown on the KBS World Channel, “Love Rain” is doing tremendously well. On the worldwide video website Youtube, “Love Rain” with various subtitles is hitting high number of hits.

An official of the production company Yoon’s Color says, "It has been sold to Asia, the Americas and Europe. Everyone is happy at the good news are working extremely hard".

Meanwhile, “Love Rain” will be aired twice a week on Japanese cable TV KN TV and Fuji TV in July.

Jessica threw a cute opening pitch for the LG vs Samsung baseball game!


SNSD's Jessica was invited to throw the opening pitch for the LG Vs Samsung match earlier today.

She tried her really best to throw the ball but something went wrong during the throw,instead of throwing it to the player,the ball hit the ground directly before bouncing to the player.

What a cute mistake right ^ ^,her expression is simply too cute!

Sunny's aegyo gets a new name


A photo of actor Gong HyungJin grabbing Sunny by the collar was revealed on May 11th.

In the coming episode of KBS 2TV ‘Invincible Youth 2′, actor Gong HyungJin who is a huge fan of the show visited the Idol Village in Daebudo. Gong HyungJin who knows every detail of ‘Invincible Youth 2′ including the members’ personalities, location of filming and even the names of the animals, was excited to be on the program and showed his delight upon meeting the G6 members by shaking their hands.

At that moment, Sunny gave a special welcome with her aegyo to greet the visiting guest, Gong HyungJin. Upon seeing Sunny’s excessive aegyo, Gong HyungJin pretended to lose his temper and grabbed Sunny by the collar, saying, “This is the ‘aegyo that calls for collar grabbing’”, drawing laughters from the other members of the show.

In fact, Gong HyungJin once picked Sunny as the member on ‘Invincible Youth 2′ that he wants to meet the most. During the filming, Gong HyungJin has been taking good care of Sunny, showing that he is indeed her true samchon (uncle) fan.

Yoona and EXO-K celebrated with TaeTiSeo at Music Bank!


SNSD's sub-unit TaeTiSeo claimed their first victory on Music Bank with their latest hit song Twinkle.

Member Yoona made a surprise appearance on the show to celebrate their victory,she demonstrated the choreography of the song as well.

Besides,Taeyeon invited EXO-K to celebrate together as well,so you can expect some videos of EXO-K dancing to Twinkle soon!

‘Love Rain’ to be exported to 12 networks around the world

KBS‘s ‘Love Rain‘ has been sold to 12 networks overseas!
‘Love Rain’ was already sold to the Japanese market even before its broadcast, and now China, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Thailand, Malaysia, Vietnam, the Philippines, Cambodia, Singapore, and certain locations in the Americas and Europe have picked it up!
The overseas market has been showing an interest in ‘Love Rain’ for quite a while now, which was demonstrated when reporters from all over the world gathered at the ‘Love Rain’ production conference at the Haneda Airport in Japan. ‘Love Rain’ was also the source of a lot of interest at the MIPTV in France.
It seems director Yoon Suk Ho‘s skills combined with lead stars Jang Geun Suk and YoonA‘s emotional acting have definitely played a large part in getting international attention.
The drama is currently being broadcast through KBS World and is receiving positive reactions from fans. Subtitled versions on YouTube are also showing high view counts, further illustrating the drama’s overseas potential.
‘Love Rain’s production company stated, “The staff and actors were all delighted to hear that the drama was being exported to various locations in Asia, the Americas, and Europe. They feel even more responsible for its continued success and are working as hard as ever, so please continue to show your support.”

Taeyeon's gift brought tears of joy to her parents' eyes


Girls’ Generation’s Taeyeon revealed that she recently bought a house for her parents as gift.

On KBS 2TV’s ‘Happy Together 3′ aired on May 10th, in reply to the MCs’ question, “Why did you make you parents cry?”, Taeyeon said, “Those were tears of joy”. Taeyeon collected the money she earned through Girls’ Generation’s activities and bought a house for her parents recently.

Further to Taeyeon’s reply, Park MyungSoo asked, “How many toilets are there?”. Much to everyone’s surprise, Taeyeon revealed that the house she bought has 3 toilets.

Along with Taeyeon, Jessica and Tiffany were also part of the guest lineup, with YoonA making a surprise appearance on this entertaining episode.
