YoonA doesn’t want to give up the center spot in Girl’s Generation?

As we have reported earlier, popular Girl’s Generation member YoonA appeared on the “Guerilla Date” segment of the April 7th broadcast of KBS2TV‘s ‘Entertainment Relay‘.

During the Guerilla Date, YoonA discussed various topics ranging from her drama “Love Rain” to fellow member Yuri‘s “Fashion King“, but one particular topic has captured the attention of viewers and netizens alike.

When YoonA was asked, “You don’t want to give up the center spot in Girls’ Generation?” she gave an honest answer by replying, “Yes.”

She explained, “I don’t necessarily want to give it up, but at the same time I don’t really want to cling onto it. I think it is okay because everyone knows all of our members individually.”

YoonA appears on “Guerilla Date”

Girls’ Generation‘s YoonA literally stopped traffic in Insadong, South Korea.

On April 7th, YoonA appeared on the “Guerilla Date” segment of KBS2TV‘s ‘Entertainment Relay‘. YoonA was looking quite beautiful on this day wearing a red fedora. In the segment, YoonA talked about her role on “Love Rain” and remarked that her kiss scene was the weakest amongst the Girls’ Generation members, she also forewarned fans for a deeper kiss scene to come. YoonA was also asked if she discussed “Fashion King” and “Love Rain” with fellow member Yuri and she said that she hasn’t. She was also asked when she wanted to get married and she responded around the age of 32.

Additionally, a fan boy also passionately sang “The Boys” for YoonA which caused her to laugh hysterically. Another fan boy also showed off his shuffle dance to YoonA and was challenged to a game. If he wins the game he receives a hug, and if he loses he receives nothing. Even though the fanboy lost, YoonA displayed her kindness by still offering him a hug. Another older fan, who happened to be a KBS employee also had the chance to buy and present a gift to YoonA.

Jessica's face is smaller than a waffle?

SNSD's Jessica recently shared some adorable selca's of her on her official UFO Town. On her set of selca's you can see her enjoying her waffle while wearing casual clothes. It seems Jessica has a liking towards waffles as she took a series of photo's eating it.

However you can notice that the waffle is bigger that Jessica's face but not for long as Jessica ate it happily in the end. Netizens commented, "Wah! Her face is smaller than the waffle", "She looks so cute while eating waffles", "She's making me hungry, I want to eat waffles too", "She still looks like a goddess even just when she's eating waffles." 

Sunny, Hyoyeon and Sooyoung to Make Guest Appearances on 'K-Pop Star'!

A preview of SBS’s reality singing competition “K-Pop Star” showed Girls’ Generation members Sunny, Hyoyeon and Sooyoung performing with a contestant, as part of a special showcase in an upcoming episode.

In the preview, the members are shown rehearsing the “Run Devil Run” dance with “K-Pop Star” finalist Baek Ahyeon, who synchronized her dance steps with the members perfectly.

This is not the first time Girls’ Generation has been featured on the show. The SuPearls, a group of contestants, wowed viewers with their rendition of “The Boys”, and got to meet and take a photo with Taeyeon, Sunny, Yoona and Seohyun. Also, Yoona was a guest judge and an advisor to contestants on the first few episodes of “K-Pop Star”.

Baek Ahyeon has impressed the judges so far with her renditions of songs like Big Bang’s “Haru Haru” and BoA’s “Atlantis Princess”, but it will be interesting to see how she performs with Girls’ Generation.

The next episode of “K-Pop Star” airs on April 8th at 6:30PM KST on SBS.

Seohyun tops poll of having most envied face!

Girls' Generation's maknae Seohyun has been selected as the no.1 female celebrity who has the type of face that females in Gangnam wish to have.

According to the survey conducted by a cosmetic surgery specialist clinic, Regen Medical Group from March 1st to April 2nd, out of the 542 females in their 20s and 30s interviewed along the streets of Gangnam, Seohyun took the no.1 spot with 314 votes for having the type of face envied by those interviewed. JiYeon of T-ara came in 2nd with 138 votes while Wonder Girls’ Sohee took the 3rd spot with 103 votes.

The person in charge of the survey said, “Seohyun’s good facial shape has a smooth V-line and brings out the solid, 3-dimensional effect that gives her a cute image.”

The involvement of Seohyun as model for The Face Shop, JiYeon for Tony Moly and Sohee for Lancome reflect the appeal they have on females.
