Recently, through the official website of "Wild Romance", they revealed a couple shot of Lee Dong Wook and Jessica from SNSD. The two wore comfortable clothes as Jessica wore a red sweater and is looking at Lee Dong Wook while Lee Dong Wook also wore a comfortable sweater and gave a subtle smile.

It looks like netizens like seeing the couple together and despite the strange atmosphere, the two still looked good together. Impressive debut for Girls' Generation's 'The Boys' on US Billboard charts!

Girls’ Generation’s special album which was released on January 17th in United States, Canada, France, England and various countries in American and European continents made its debut on US Billboard charts.

The special album which consists of ‘The Boys’ and the songs in the 3rd album as well as the English remix versions, debuted at no.22 on Billboard’s ‘Heatseekers Albums’ chart ending February 4th.

Billboard’s ‘Heatseekers Albums’ chart (50 positions) is ranked based on Nielsen SoundScan sales data and it charts albums from ‘new or developing artists’ based on their historical chart performance. Being listed in the chart, it is a recognition that the girls have the potential to be successful among many new artists in the US market.

Besides the ‘Heatseekers Albums’ chart, ‘The Boys’ had also made it to the no.2 spot on the ‘World Albums’ chart. Although the girls have not officially kick off their promotional activities in the United States, this is a meaningful and impressive result against other musicians around the world who are carrying out their activities in America.

On January 31st, Girls’ Generation will be appearing on CBS talk show ‘Late Show with David Letterman’ and on February 1st, the girls are scheduled to appear on ABC’s popular morning show ‘Live! with Kelly’. Their appearances on these two talk shows are becoming hot topics among all the fans around the world.

Girls' Generation bounds for New York to wow the world

Girls’ Generation have departed for New York at 10am KST on January 30th to attend America’s popular talk shows CBS’ ‘Late Show with David Letterman’ on January 31st and ABC’s ‘Live! with Kelly’ on February 1st. On these shows, the girls will also be performing ‘The Boys’.

A representative of SM Entertainment said, “Girls’ Generation have been busy with their individual schedules but they practiced in between their schedules to deliver perfect performances in US. After the broadcast, they will have media interview sessions and it seems that they will only be back in Korea after February 2nd”.

Although Girls’ Generation barely have any promotional activities in United States so far, the fact that the girls received such ‘love call’ soon after the release of the special album has attracted huge attention.

In addition to that, as Girls’ Generation will also be the first Korean artists to step on the stages of America’s main talk shows, fans in Korea and other parts of the world have shown great interest and anticipation towards their appearances on these popular shows.

Q: Please tell us Yuri's beauty secret☆ ma juice recipe.

A: Put one chinese yam (ma) ＋ 300ml milk ＋ one half of an apple ＋ 3 spoons of honey in a mixer and mix. If you drink it every morning before breakfast it helps with your appetite and it's good for your body.^^

Q: What is a necessary item in winter?

A: An indispensable item is without a doubt a fur scarf in which you look cute even though it's wrapped around you. Otherwise ondul (underfloor heating)...! It's always warm during the night...

Q: What song makes you happy or do you listen to when you are down?

A: I don't particularly have a song I listen to when I'm down. I don't really feel down often.

Q: When you wake up in the morning what is the first thing you'll do?

A: I stretch right away, laugh really hard once, take a bath and eat breakfast. hehe

Q: What is the wish you want to fulfill with all nine girls?

A: It would be good if we could continue being as members and as snsd for 10, 20 or more years.

Q: During live performances I see a lot of scenes where you frequently hold hands with a member, do you naturally reach for their hands?

A: During a performance we have a lot of ways to have communication among each other. Among those the best communication is making eye contact and holding hands. When a members comes to stand next to me I naturally hold their hand.

Q: What is Seohyun's dream?

A: That a lot of people can feel happy because of our music and can find their passion. You can become friends with a lot of people through music I think. 

Q: I love maknae. If you weren't scouted what job would you be doing in the future?

A: Because I learned piano since I was little and really liked it, I wanted to become a pianist maybe. I also play piano now from time to time.

Q: The Seohyun that studies is cool! How did you start to like studying?

A: I dont think I’m a person who can study on my own, but I’m somebody that enjoys doing it. Because you don’t do it for the sake of someone else, but you do it for yourself, you feel fulfillment. I think it’s good to do it while enjoying yourself.

Q: What were hard words among snsd’s Japanese songs?

A: The part ‘tsujitsuma awasu you ni’ in Genie that I sing together with Hyoyeon unnie!

I always make sure that my pronunciation isn't weird during performances! ^^

Q: When you come to Japan what do you absolutely have to eat?

A: Yakisoba cup ramen.

Q: What do you do for your cute charm to come to mind?

A: I don't know...because I'm not particularly conscious of it. T_T

Q: How does it feel getting a short haircut?

A: It feels refreshing. I think I feel more confident now. And most of all the preparing time before going out became shorter. ^^

Q:I always feel better seeing your angel like smile. What are some things or events that will make you feel better or happy? 

A:On a day off, after taking a warm bath, I drink some cool juice, and read a manga while eating fruits. 

Q: Do you have an action whereas if you do it, anyone can look cute?

A: Imagine a very very delicious dessert. If you do that naturally your smile will become very happy.

Hyoyeon reveals Sunny’s nickname on ‘Invincible Youth 2′

Girls’ Generation member Hyoyeon revealed the nickname of fellow member Sunny.

On the January 28th episode of KBS 2TV‘s ‘Invincible Youth 2‘, Hyoyeon revealed, “Sunny’s nickname is ’60 Sunny’. She was born in 1989, but the way she acts or the things she knows reflects the mannerisms of someone born in the sixties, and so that’s what we call her.”

And just like Hyoyeon said, Sunny perfectly emulated the famous catch phrases of guest Lim Ha Ryong with, “You expect me to do that at my age?”, “If only I were a week younger“, and more.

The G8 members also participated in a quiz where they were asked questions related to the first full moon of the New Year. Although the other girls seemed to be confused when trying to answer, Sunny surprised them by answering all the questions quickly and correctly.

Lim Ha Ryong who was shocked by her actions asked, “How old are you, exactly?”, causing everyone to explode in laughter.

Girl’s Generation member Sunny has shocked netizens with her sexy see-through concert attire.

An online community board post titled, ‘Sunny’s provocative attire shows off her curvy body‘ recently surfaced with the two photos seen above. Sunny, who is known for her cute image, is shown while performing at a Girls’ Generation concert wearing a see-through top and a hot pink jacket.

Netizens have responded to the photo by writing, “SNSD become so sexy at their concerts“, “I’ve never seen this side of Sunny!“, and “Absolute bagel girl (baby face + glamorous body)“.

Recently, the Girls’ Generation members picked Sunny as the member who cares the least about her appearance, which made these photos all the more surprising.
