SM Entertainment Releases SNSD “Bad Girl" MV Teaser

On the 9th of August, SM Entertainment gave SONEs a wonderful surprise by uploading a teaser of Girls’ Generation’s upcoming “Bad Girl” Music Video. The 23-seconds video definitely does its job of teasing as fans are treated to a small portion of what appears to be Girls’ Generation’s newest “Biker Girl” concept. Although not much is revealed in the short teaser, Girls’ Generation has definitely gotten their fans worked up into a frenzy.

The video starts off with Yoona arriving on a motorcycle, and is followed by Yuri and Sooyoung. Their new concept is truly intriguing as fans have never seen Girls’ Generation dressed up as biker girls before.

SNSD shows their love upon African children

United Nations (UN) Secretary-General Ban KiMoon, SNSD, as well as other Hallyu stars will be joining hands and working together to help African children.

The Korean Red Cross Society and Korean UNICEF committee will be launching the ‘Help African Children’ project at Seoul Plaza Hotel on August 12th.

According to Korean Red Cross Society on August 9th, the event will involve participation from UN Secretary-General Ban KiMoon, SNSD, f(x), SHINee and other SM Entertainment’s Hallyu stars, Korea’s national swimmer Park TaeHwan, marathoner Lee BongJoo, actors and actresses such as Kim YoonJin, Shin HyunJoon and other well-known Korean stars.

To kick off the campaign, Ban KiMoon’s message to request support for Africa is echoed through the slogan ‘Together For Africa’.

During the next 3 months, there will be donations and fund raising activities in support of the children of Africa, according to Red Cross representatives. About $5 million is expected to be raised from this campaign.

Through the funds raised, emergency relief activities could be carried out to help African children through the International Red Cross and Red Crescent Movement as well as UNICEF.

YoonA en route to Los Angeles for Eider

On August 8th, YoonA, along with actor Lee MinHo, departed Korea to Los Angeles through Incheon International Airport to film the advertisement for outdoor brand, Eider.

As previously reported, YoonA will take on rock-climbing in a mountainous region in LA for the advertisement.

Prior to the trip, she has been practicing at a rock-climbing training center in Seoul for a month, even when the rest of the members are having their holidays.

YoonA and Lee MinHo were initially scheduled to film in Australia but the destination had to be changed due to some safety issues.

Girls' Generation's Sooyoung Spotted While On Vacation

A photo of Girls' Generation member, Sooyoung, has recently surfaced on the net in a bulletin post on a portal site titled "Sooyoung's Vacation Photos", attracting the attention of fans and netizens alike.

The image shows the model-like member in a sleeveless top and sky-blue long skirt while taking a leisurely stroll along the beach, looking relaxed and fresh.

The photo has prompted netizens to comment, "It's a goddess" and "She has a shiny look even while on vacation" among other praises.

Lee Min Ho confesses "Yoona for the tired soul"

Lee Min-ho and Girls' Generation's Yoona's advertisement site was revealed.

MBC "Section TV" on the 7th carried out an interview with Lee Min-ho and Yoona.

Lee Min-ho couldn't stop smiling. He said, "I ease my tired sould with Yoona". He had recently shown some impressive action through the drama "City Hunter".

About the most memorable moments of "City Hunter", Yoona said, "The mask...". Lee Min-ho then said, "She must've memorized the drama through the media".

Yoona also couldn't stop laughing at Lee Min-ho's jokes the whole time.

SNSD’s YoonA and Lee Min Ho leave for the States

On August 8th, actor Lee Min Ho and SNSD’s YoonA took off for the States to film for their endorsement brand, ‘Eider‘.

The two will be staying in L.A. for about a week to complete their shoot. A representative of Lee Min Ho’s company revealed, “There might be additional filming, so they left on an open ticket. They’ll be locating to areas where they’re able to rock climb. Fans will be able to see a new image of the stars, so please look forward to it.”

Their CF will begin airing on public and cable TV in September.

‘Section TV’ goes behind-the-scenes for SNSD YoonA & Lee Min Ho’s ‘Eider’ shoot

On August 7th, MBC’s ‘Section TV‘ went behind-the-scenes of SNSD’s YoonA and actor Lee Min Ho’s latest fashion photoshoot for ‘Eider‘!

In their interview, YoonA was asked what she would most like to do when she gets a boyfriend. She replied, “When I get a boyfriend, I’ve always wanted to try a back hug.”

Reporter Park Seul Gi then got up and gave Lee Min Ho a back hug, remarking, “In order to protect your idol image, I’ll give him a back hug for you.” Laughing, YoonA said, “I’m satisfied.”

Lee Min Ho, who was also all smiles throughout the shoot, revealed his affections for YoonA by saying, “Whenever I feel tired from my drama filming, I think of YoonA.”

The actor was then asked to name a memorable kiss from a drama. He replied, “I think my sofa kiss was the most memorable.”
