SNSD, TVXQ, CNBLUE & 4minute perform at KBS’s “INPUT 2011 Seoul”


On May 11th, stars performed at the congratulatory music concert for KBS’s “INPUT 2011 Seoul“.

The conference is a four-day long event that brings together representatives from around the world for discussions ranging from public television and the 21st century, to 3D-TV and the future of broadcast television.

The concert was broadcasted live on the same day, and boasted a line-up of Insooni, TVXQ, SNSD, 4minute, CNBLUE, Kim Tae Woo, Lim Tae Kyung, Song Sohee and many others.

The photos, which are Jessica's national identification photos, show her with her trademark brown hair and wearing a black T-shirt. Her natural smile shows no rigidity, making people notice her remarkable beauty.

After seeing the picture, netizens showed positive reactions, such as, “Her smile is no joke. She’s so pretty”, “Where did her chicness go? College students most want to meet Girls' Generation


Another poll, another first place achievement for the girls.

In a poll of 350 college students by employment and human resources portal Incruit, 18.3% of respondents named Girls' Generation as the artist they would most like to see perform at their respective schools' festivals. The girls topped this ranking for the second consecutive year.

Seohyun crowned 1st as Person Most Wanted to Spend Coming of Age Day With

With the coming-of-age ceremony on May 16th, there is much attention on celebrities born in the year 1991 since they are set to become adults. In an online survey involving 100 people, Seohyun was most selected as the person they would want to spend the special day with.

Seohyun topped the poll, with Kara's Goo Hara and Shinee's Minho ranking second and third respectively. Other idol stars included Mblaq's Mir, After School's Nana and 2AM's Jinwoon.

Those who participated in the survey commented that "Girls' Generation's Seohyun is pure and has a feminine charm, it would be nice to spend and enjoy the day with such a beautiful girl." Another said that, "Behind the mature and sophisticated Seohyun, her attraction is also that she is always warm."

SM Entertainment confirms one more concert for “SM Town Live in Paris”

The efforts of European fans have finally paid off, as SM Entertainment revealed that they will indeed be adding one more concert date for “SM Town Live in Paris“.

“SM Town Live in Paris” will be held for two days at the Le Zenith de Paris on June 10th and 11th. The decision was largely influenced by the fact that the first concert sold out within 15 minutes.

As previously reported, 300 upset fans took to the streets of Paris for a flash mob event that caught the attention of Korean media outlets.

SME representatives stated, “TVXQ, Super Junior, SNSD, and other artists who represent SM’s global power will be performing an additional show in Paris. Through the concerts, we hope to help foster the K-Pop wave in Europe.”

Tickets for this second concert will go on sale starting May 16th through Live Nation and FNAC Spectacles and are expected to be sold out on that day.

*In my opinion, this is just numbers. They do have difference in terms of debut time. Some of them debuted when K-Pop is not as big as it is now in Japan, and also on how strong their fanbase when they debuted.
So, this is just a reference on how many they sell on their first week after debut.
