Another cover for SNSD’s Japanese single “Mr. Taxi” revealed
Hours ago, the jacket cover for SNSD’s alleged original single titled, “Mr. Taxi” for the Japanese market was released. Now, it seems the cover for the special Limited Press edition has also been unveiled.
The single is a song that’s supposed to be used for a Lipton commercial and will be released as an EP on April 13th. In addition, the Limited Press edition will include a DVD with the Japanese music

Three Editions of Girls' Generation's First Original Japanese Single

SNSD to have first Japanese tour in May

Considering their first showcase before their official debut in Japan attracted over 22,000 viewers, this tour is expected to be a battle for tickets.
In related news, SNSD is currently readying for their next single in Japan with “Mr. Taxi,” which is planned to be released April 13th.
SNSD will take a taxi ride to Japan, looking for "Mr. Taxi"!

So, the much awaited 3rd Japanese Single is coming our way after all. Rumors started to surface since a week ago that the girls 3rd Japanese Single entitled ‘Mr. Taxi’ will be released on April 13th and ‘Mr. Taxi’ is in fact a CM/CF song for Lipton Tea. It seems that the rumor about the 3rd single ‘Mr. Taxi’ is coming true as the jacket image was revealed and widely shared on various sites.
SONEs are definitely in for a ride as the girls will also be having their first nationwide tour in Japan in May. ‘The 1st Japan Arena Tour’ will kick off starting May 18th in Tokyo, followed by Osaka, Nagoya and Fukuoka. There will be a total of 7 concerts in this tour and looks like Yuri’s dream to have a nationwide tour in Japan is coming true as well. In fact, Yuri had mentioned a couple of times on TV shows that she wanted to perform in various places in Japan together with the girls. Perhaps, she was hinting about the tour all this while.
So, what are we waiting for? Get ready to pay the taxi fare, i guess!

Rumors were spreading recently that the girls of SNSD would release an original single for the Japanese market and it seems it maybe true. Recently, the potential photo cover for the jacket of this rumored single, “Mr. Taxi” was released. The single is allegedly a song that’s supposed to be used for a Lipton commercial and will be released as an EP on April 13th.
In addition, the girls are slated to hold a nationwide Japanese tour beginning on May 18th. It’s scheduled to be hold in cities including Tokyo, Osaka, Nagoya, Fukuoka for a total of 7 performances.
