Seohyun: 9 kg Underweight, Understandable After Revealed Diet Plan！

It was recently revealed that SNSD's Seohyun is 9 kg underweight.

On the 5th, Seohyun and Jung Yonghwa got physical exams on MBC 'We Got Married'. During the episode, Seohyun was told that she would have to increase her muscle weight by approximately 9 kg.

Many are assuming that her being underweight is inevitable after SNSD's diet menu was revealed recently on SBS.

SNSD's trainer stated that, "When SNSD is on a diet, they consume approximately 1,500 kcal with seasonal vegetables, 5 pieces of broccoli, 100g of grilled chicken breast, and 150g of brown rice."

Meanwhile, SNSD members expressed their concern for Seohyun after getting the exam results, showing their warm friendship.

These kids have been made perfect on the show with the help of SNSD's Tiffany.

Tiffany sang "I'm Not Alone" with the disabled children choir and she was spotted moving towards the side during the performance so that the kids will get full attention.

SNSD beats Fin.K.L and gets named the best girl group

On February 5th, KBS 2TV’s “Generation Empathy Saturday” chose SNSD as the best girl group ever.

They held a new corner titled, “Ranking! Old and New“, and their viewers chose SNSD as #1 in the “BEST Girl Group Top 10” list.

Fin.K.L is an old school girl group that debuted over a decade ago and won over fanboys’ hearts back in the 90s and early 2000s. They are often named one of the most memorable girl groups in K-pop history, but SNSD managed to beat them for the #1 spot.

Third place went to Wonder Girls, fourth to S.E.S, and KARA, 2NE1, Brown Eyed Girls, Secret, f(x), and Baby V.O.X followed.
